Location was great! 17 min walking to Tokyo station, many lines nearby and super well connected. The room is good, they provide instant coffee which helps in the morning to get the day started, and they come clean every day. Also the service at the hotel was great they were very kind and helpful. You also have a family mart 1 min walk from the hotel. No creams provided as amenities, i like when hotels have that, its super useful but that didn't ruin my experience, its is something easy to improve so i hope they take it as a learning feedback.

Good location, clean facilities, good breakfast Nothing

Great location, clean and comfortable room and very friendly and helpful staff
-
The hotel furniture seems a bit "old style" and the rooms are small (but i was prepared to it by reading other's comments).
-
Location was nice and close to the metro. No common spaces.

Centralized location
-
Location was fantastic. Walking distance to downtown and all the little alleys. Also less than a mile to the river for running on the paved path. Staff were phenomenal. Hotel clean and good sized rooms (for Japan.)
-
They were very accommodating with holding our luggage and the room was quiet. It wasn’t as centrally located as I had hoped. It was about a 10 minute walk to any station.
-
The best thing about the hotel is the location as it’s close to the train and subway stations, restaurants and shops. The room was typical for the Tokyo Center area. The breakfast was good with a variety of different foods.
-
Close to public transport Super small Small bed no additional blanket and pillows Toilet so small
-
Great location for the price
-
Receptionist were the best!

Step up to bathroom so watch your step. Window shades are small/thin so light comes into the room early, if you're a light sensitive sleeper.

Stayed here for one night before our flight home. Good hotel for a short stay. The location is right in the center of Ginza, close to the shopping streets. A good area for shopping before departure, especially for premium brands. We were able to find drugstores and supermarkets nearby to fill our luggages with souvenirs before flying home. The atmosphere of the area is more busy and business and shopping oriented, which may work well depending on your travel style and preferences. Breakfast was quite limited — not many fruit options and overall a small selection of food. The standard room was very small (normal for Tokyo), and opening two suitcases at the same time was difficult.
-
Good central location - very tight space - maybe that’s normal in Tokyo, but expect some struggles while moving in unit
-
Location was great close to many attractions and public transport Nothing
-
Very friendly staff and the location was great. Rooms kept tidy. All was good
-
nothing. A room is small (no wardrobe ), but it is everywhere in Japan , in big cities.
-
Decent room size with one-time-use amenities such as a toothbrush set and shaver; room cleaned every day. Location was great: a few-minute walk to the Ginza main shopping area and restaurants, very convenient. None.
