Location, accommodations, and overall tentativeness.

More space than others Nothing

Love the beds and the pillows, also the restaurant for breakfast. The service super nice. The washing machine in the lobby are to small and slow, on theres is only two, son dont plan to wash a lot of clothes, there is a space for working on the lobby, very helpfull because rooms are tiny everywhere in Japan, but they close it over night, so with the time difference, you cant connect to your office on working hours in america. Is not super close to comercial places or to subway stations, so you walk a lot if you stay here to do anything (20 min for decent coffe for example).

The location was great - 10min walk from Tokyo station and right off the corner of a metro station. Views were nice. Experienced my first earthquake in Japan here - all good! Great coffee shop close by. The fact that I had to switch elevators when going up to the rooms (you need to change at reception floors the elevators!)

Good location. Very small rooms. I assume it is typical of Tokyo.

Not worth
-
There was no AC in the hallways or elevators and it got hot and uncomfortable
-
Modern comfortable hotel in a tranquil central location - within walking distance of a number of metro stations (including direct access from Narita Airport). Good quality breakfast - albeit limited to two Japanese and one western option - served within ground floor restaurant. Compact and clean room. Friendly and welcoming staff. Reasonable value for central Tokyo Nothing of note.

They didn’t have knowledge about the local sightseeing
-
Small laundry facility with only 2 machines that are occupied most of the time. Room was not cleaned properly.

The location is the only good thing about this hotel Everything, we had problems with the AC from day one, manager kept stalling us, I could never get a single blink of sleep.
-
+ close to Ginza + 7/11 right around the corner + the bed was comfy + possibility go store luggage for free - we had a view to another building which was very close, like 5m from ours - very confusing reception on 14 floor which seems common for Japan - the staff was not friendly, more like passive agressive - the rooms could use some renovation

Lovely hotel and a pleasant staff, especially those making breakfast. Breakfast was superb and we loved the small touches like the origami on our plates. Room was small with 3 adults in the room, but it was comfortable enough. It's not that we didn't like the room- it was fine. If a person was going to spend much time in the room, might want to upgrade to two rooms or the largest family size.

The environment is superior. Location is very convient, very close to JR Tokyo Station, but in a quiet neighborhood. The hotel breakfast is delicious. Room is clean, neat and spacious. Hotel staff are very nice. The cleaning ladies are very responsive and did a very good job. I love the setting of the main lobby and the cold green tea drink offered. The breakfast portion of oden and fish are a bit too small. Might not be enough for some people.

We loved that Hatchobori station (Hibiya/grey line) was just down the block. There were lots of good food options within walking distance and plenty of convenience stores. The rooms were spotless and the staff was helpful and friendly. We also loved that the neighborhood was much quieter than many parts of downtown Tokyo. The garbage can in the room were tiny. If you like to do a lot of convenience store runs, just dispose of your garbage in the recycling/garbage bins in the convenience store.

The room was very nice and clean

Clean space and the room was slightly larger than most rooms in Tokyo hotels. Staff was very friendly even upon checking out and asking to leave our bags with them while we explored the city during our remaining time.
