The area is fine, a few good restaurants around and close to subway. Staff were helpful. The property advertises daily housekeeping, which is just not true. Your room is only cleaned on the 4th day after you check in, so unless you're staying 4 nights (which I wouldn't recommend) your room won't be cleaned at all (you get a clean towel daily). After 6 weeks in japan at many different hotels, this room was easily the most cramped. There are better properties in this price range and I was excited to move on.

The staff were amazing, location and tidiness also stood out. Amazing value The room was a bit small for 2 people. Also, suggesting to skip the breakfast.

The staff is very professional very helpful . We had stayed a few weeks earlier, and they kept a bag for us until we returned to Tokyo. The bag was in our room when we arrived. our room had been upgraded to a little bit larger room, which we appreciated very much. we recommend this hotel very highly. We suggest that the Y 1,500 breakfast buffet have more items for vegetarians. For our first stay, there was sliced cheese and a lot of dishes that did not have meat in them. However, for the second stay, there was no sliced cheese. instead there were all kinds of meat. in addition, meat was added to a lot of dishes that didn’t really need it. For example, the potato salad had bacon bits on it. This meant we could not have the potato salad at all. I suggest that items like bacon bits, and other small amounts of meat, be put on the side so that people can choose if they want to add them or not. Otherwise, the selection of food is good.

Very clean, great location. Enough amenties in the room. Checkin/check out times are not flexible enough compared to other countries.

Short walk to subway. Special thanks to all their very friendly and helpful staff. Special thanks to Mr. Wang and Mr. Shin (not 100% sure if I spelled correctly. He is the Vietnamese gentleman), they went out of their way to help to make things easier for us. They both spoke very good English. Also enjoyed all the cute dogs that we saw at the lobby. As dog lovers, this was a fun and enjoyable experience. Lobby is very small with no separate seating area. Dining area occupied most of the space.

The staff were exceptional. Everyone went the extra mile to help, and their respectful attitude made us feel welcomed and appreciated throughout our stay. When I booked this hotel, I didn’t realize it was a pet-friendly property, but when I contacted them, they responded immediately and arranged a room for me on a pet-free floor. The property was also very clean and quiet. There was nothing I didn’t like about the property. I liked everything, and we were very happy with our stay. .

Central to trains. Nice places to eat, bakeries, walking distance to gym. Very lovely staff. It’s way too small. Completely claustrophobic. Would even be too small if I was staying alone but I was traveling with a companion - you can barely both be standing in room at same time. No place to put any luggage. Checkout is at ten and you have to pay more if you want to stay til 11.

Great breakfast

The staff were so friendly and welcoming to me and my dog! The staff were helpful in bringing our luggage up to the room. The cafe in the lobby was great for coffee and a snack for my dog!

I was able to stay with my dog comfortably in the hotel, so I was really happy.

Nice hotel where we stayed for our last days in Tokyo. It’s very conveniently located, just a 3-minute walk from Asakusabashi Station. We also loved that dogs are allowed in the café, which was a great bonus as we’re big dog lovers. The rooms are on the smaller side, but very well laid out with plenty of storage space. The staff were friendly, and everything was clean and well-maintained.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful! We had a few requests and they did their very best to accommodate to our needs, which made our check-in, check-out process and 4-night stay a very pleasant one. The hotel may not be the closest to main attractions, but the neighborhood is relatively quiet and in walking distance to restaurants, the subway and JR station, and a 7-11 and a small supermarket is just downstairs. We also like the amenities such as shampoo and body wash provided, they smelled so good! ICI also strives to be eco friendly, they had eco cleaning that included towel changing and garbage dumping which we enjoyed as we didn’t think daily sheet change necessary. This is not our first time staying here, and we always look forward to the next time we visit Tokyo so that we could stay here again! Nothing. Everything was perfect!

Quiet location, more residential. Room was very small but was comfortable. Plenty of stores and restaurants to purchase food. Friendly staff and doggies were so cute! Loved the use of a washer and dryer. Very hard to eat in room and no place to put your belongings really. I travel with a lot of stuff since I'm gone for a long period of time. Check out time was 10am and if you want to stay longer it cost extra for each hour.

Reception was great, extended my check-out time

The location was great, it was right next to the train but it was also in an area that was mostly locals so it was very quiet at night when we were sleeping. The staff was so friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay nice. The other customers who came for breakfast or maybe stayed there all had dogs at the cafe and it was adorable. Everyone was so respectful with their dogs, I only heard a bark once and if they went to the bathroom the person would wash it away. The rooms were very small. We stayed in a 2 bed room and it was wall to wall bed and a little bathroom. But it was very clean.

Service was amazing from our first day until our last. Loved everything

Very clean, good location. Everything that we needed for our stay in Tokyo. Although the breakfast was good, it could be a little more diverse.
