The location was good and staff were kind, there is literally nothing special or good about this place. There was not enough space for 2 person! 2 Person can't stand inside the room at the same time. I know the room was compact room but it's not suitable for 2 it should be suitable for 2 person if you are renting the room for 2! Beds were really, really uncomfortable, especially the pillows, there were plastic little balls inside the pillow, it was very disturbing. Unfortunately, I couldn't have enough sleep on my stay here. This was my worst hotel experience I've ever had.

The location was amazing near 4 diffrent station it was a life saver turning the corner to the hotel after exiting the hotel. The lawman’s nearby was pretty affordable and they had family mart and 7/11 and another station nearby. It was the same one just different entrances they one that was a direct train from the airport a 10 mins walk away. Rooms really crowded and they didn’t have that comfortable of a bed but everything else was pretty nice and good including the fridge in the room

Location and cleanliness. The staff were unfriendly to the point of being rude. This hotel seems to prefer serving a younger business type guest. Because we did not include the breakfast in our stay, we were”prevented” from serving ourself a cup of coffee in the lobby! Instead we were handed a packet for our room.

The air conditioner was blowing chunks of dust out and onto the bed. The lights were difficult to work and we ended up needing to take the card out to lose power to the whole room to turn them off to sleep, which made charging our devices difficult.

Well connected to metro and train. Direct line to Disney resorts. Room was SO clean and well appointed. Great water pressure and deep soaking tub. Bed was more comfortable than mine at home. Breathable bedding - slept very well. Quiet rooms and helpful staff. The rooms were tiny and the electrical outlets were not convenient for two people charging devices.

Good location, very friendly and helpful staff, solid and plentiful breakfast with a range of choice Rooms are very small is the only downside. Aside from beds there is not much other space to move around but that is the only negative thing and understandably I imagine space is hard to come by in Tokyo
