Amazing view, great location, and extremely kind and caring staff. It felt like home! Felt safe leaving my belongings in the room. The door men and reception staff were extremely welcoming and non-judgemental.

The room was well appointed and spacious. The view from the room of the Tokyo Bay and the rainbow bridge was spectacular. The location is convenient and easy to reach from the airport.

Very convenient location. Gym is very small with 5-6 machines and a very basic dumbbell rack that tops out with 10kg dumbbells.

View of the bay from the room and dining facilities. Excellent breakfast buffet. Friendly staff. A little bit of a walk from Hamamatsucho JR station- mostly business district, so not crowded. Only 100 meters from a subway line.

The view was amazing, the housekeeping were polite and professional, amazing room service. Old furniture, old facilities, we kept finding stuff that doesn’t belong to us in the room until our last day, and in our first day of the stay the room wasn’t clean properly and the mini fridge was used.

We checked this one / The Celestine Ginza and The Gate Tokyo and Tokyo Bay was way better than previous two. I think its a good "price-quality' combination for Tokyo. Big spacious and comfortable well lit rooms with nice views, pleasant entrance area, big elevators and nice interior with some historical touches which is very often missing in central Ginza hotels. Good beds and sound isolation. 7-10 min drive from Ginza by taxi. Would definitely recommend. The place does not enjoy some crazy public transport accessibility but its still close to Ginza and in itself is a much better option than lots of central Ginza hotels.

Design was spectacular. Tōkyō bay views beautiful. Services was 10+. Far from Tokyo station and Ginza about 30 walk to Ginza and 15 mins taxi to Tokyo station

cool view on Tokyo bay, window in bathroom additional plus. breakfast place is overcrowded the secondary space offers less food and options. working hours of restaurants is my pain - all closes at 10 pm. only room service available. due to number of orders delivery time 40-60 mins :( very untypical for Intercontinental.

The view of the bay was nice. The rooms are regularly cleaned and checked up on by housekeeping. The concierge was very helpful with recommending restaurants and making bookings, and taxis were always readily available at the entrance. I booked a king size bed and my room was changed to give me two twin beds oushed together, which creates a hollow in the middle and isn't comfortable, espeacially for two people. There was some maintenance work going on so a bit of noise but not too much, and there was a notice to indicte that the work was ongoing. The prices were high, but it was Sakura season so that was exected, especially as the booking was last minute. There also isn't really a gym with weights (its more cardio machines) so if you need a proper gym you'll need to go outside.
