Clean Small room

Breakfast was very basic, but coffee and drinks were nice

Comfortable and clean. Free breakfast was quite good, as was the free drink area. About a 10 min walk to the closest station

I had a very good experience during my stay. The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff was very helpful and friendly whenever we needed assistance. Another big advantage was the location, as it was close to several stations, making it easy to get around the city. The only small inconvenience was that there was no space to store luggage under the bed, which made the room feel a bit more crowded with suitcases.

Breakfast and beverages, amenities from the lobby lounge, freindly staff, walking distance to family mart, lawson's and 7 eleven as well as Tokyo Tower. The size of the room was superbly small. It was bearable as it was good enough to just sleep and have a good shower at the end of an excursion day. Not the kind of room you want to spend the whole day in.

Close to the convenient stores. The room is so small. Only can fit 1 bed and a tv stand. Barely any room to unpack or store our luggage wothout it being in the way.

Great location The hotel is what is shown, it’s a cheaper option and only 3 stars , however, the space is extremely small which I knew going in but I had a lot of luggage so it was uncomfortable, but I guess that’s what I signed up for with this small room. I would rate it as a 3star hotel

Clean and comfortable. Staff was very nice, gave us soup mix as a welcome gift. Breakfast was complimentary pastries. Room was small but functional so it was not an issue. There was a decent sized bathtub. They also have a social room in the entrance with vending machines, complimentary drinks, games, and manga library

I liked the staff of the hotel; they were all very kind, helpful, and supportive, with smiles on their faces all the time. It was really very pleasant. I would visit this hotel with my family members with great pleasure. I was concerned that we had to pay an additional tax on the spot, which was called "Tokyo city tax." I didn't see anything mentioning additional costs when I registered on Booking.com. The system indicated that I had paid all taxes and costs online. It was something that I didn't like. I think clients should know such information in advance. And also, the rooms are so very tiny, it's almost impossible to work out there or put luggage and other things in the room, but I guess this is something very common for Japan, and it doesn't refer to your hotel concretely.

I paid 100JPY for some reason in addition to booking.com and received a receipt for only 100JPY although my expectation was to get the full receipt.

Need a car to get around

Clean, great staff, <10 min walk from a train station, and about a 10 min walk from a lot of food options The room was quite small, but ultimately still met my needs.

Great location

Clean, comfy and quiet. The staff is super nice! We only had hand luggage so the small rooms weren’t an issue but could be if you have larger suitcases. But it’s normal in Japan and to be expected.

Small breakfast was nice. Lobby free coffee nice atmosphere. Helpful staffs. A little bit far from metro station.
