The hotel was clean, modern, and attractive. The breakfast was mediocre and the service was not great. I was seated at a table and after 15 minutes, I had to flag someone down to wait on me. The checkout staff were disorganized and the process was chaotic.

A very nice hotel very close (but not too much) to Ueno Station, which is conveniently reachable via an express train directly from Narita. The double-bed rooms were excellent, relatively spacious. The staff was very helpful in assisting us with the Yamato suitcase delivery service. Breakfast is relatively expensive (but there's a Pronto cafe next door, and a 7-eleven nearby...)

Very professional and friendly staff. Spacious rooms (relative to Japanese hotels), clean, and no remarkable outside noise [stayed on the 4th floor]. Quiet area within a 3ish block walk to a veryyy active Ueon area. We really enjoyed the pleasantly fragrant bath products! Do note that during peak check out [9-11 AM] there can be a little bit of a queue but moves quickly. N/A

Clean, comfortable, quiet room with kettle and refrigerator - everything we needed for enjoyable stay. Location worked well for us too. Staff were friendly and helpful; they stored our luggage when we left for a few days. Upon return the luggage was already in our new room. Originally, we stayed 3 nights in a Superior Double Room, and after a few nights away, we booked a regular Double Room for 1 night. If your budget permits, I would suggest going with Superior. Regular room was too small for 2 people with small carry-ons and 1 daypack each.

It's perfect for one person but was tight for two. I left 10* review for Superior Double Room. For two people, if your budget permits, I would suggest going with larger room. For some reason this smaller DR had large armchair, it was on the way to refrigerator. Limited space for 2 small suitcases.

The location is perfect for the Ueno district and the connections through the Keisei Ueno to NRT airport. Also, all the needed Tokyo atractions are very easily reached from the hotel or the Ueno station. We really enjoyed, the room was very clean, with air conditioning and also a posibility to open a window. Overall - super experience. They also gave us a chance to leave our luggage for the whole day until our flight back. Very helpfull The breakfast was poor, compared to the price asked. We had breakfast for two days out of 4. And would have rather went elswhere. So compared to the price asked, breakfast is not worth it
