I just wished I stayed a little longer. The room was a bit small but expected for Japan. This was a user error but we forgot to turn off the air con before we left and it started dripping onto the floor. Maybe a a little reminder to turn off the aircon before we leave would be nice.

The Onsen was clean, ample space and lovely amenities with multiple pools, cold plunge, sauna. it was helpful to have a shower and vanity area outside of room. beds were comfortable, location great. we did not prepay for breakfast at this hotel as it was end of our trip and teens wanted more flexibility to sleep in a bit more. there are a number of good breakfast options nearby although the in hotel eating is more convenient if you are heading out for a big day.

The tradition mixed with a bit of modernity. The spa robes were super comfy! The pillows were rock hard, but if you ask for a softer one at the front desk, they will happily give you one ;-)

Room sizes are pretty small. Little space to unpack your suitcases.

Location is fantastic! Onsite onsen was such a treat! Loved the night ramen! Rooms on small side but that was expected based on photos, etc. next time we’ll get larger room so we won’t feel cramped.

The location is excellent for food and shopping. Close to Senso-ji and Skytree. Far from other 30-40 min from other attractions we wanted to see.

I liked that the hotel was in Asakusa very near Sensoji and had hot spring baths! The bath facility was very clean and comfortable with several different types of baths available. Nothing.

Property is clean. Staff is nice. I like a lot about the breakfast, they provide so much variety of delicious Japanese food. Also the drinks they provide after you take the bath. The room is so small. This is the only thing I dislike about the hotel.
