Room was clean, large, cozy and comfortable. The location is great, easy to connect to different areas with trains. Staff was a bit slow to find out my room with friend. They were friendly but less supportive.

LOCATION WAS GOOD. IT WAS CLEAN FACILITY. ROOMS WERE BIT SMALLER. BEDS MATTRESS WERE NOT VERY COMFORTABLE THEY WERE SOFT AND BUMPY.

I loved the environment and the area. It is close to many resturant across the street so there are many choices and near the train.

The bed is so comfortable. The location is amazing, located between 2 different lines of trains. So convenient. Very close to Ginza by train and by uber very close to Roppongi, and not far away from most big stations by train. Amazing! There’s a supermarket connected to the building that opens til late. This is a dream! And just the hotel is a good size and excellent service! Nothing to complain at all

We loved the helpfulness of the staff, no issue was too big - they would do anything to make it a comfortable stay. We had an issue at check-in where a double charge was processed. I am still waiting for that to be refunded. However, the staff compensated immediately, with free meals, transportation, and access to the lounge. Every colleague I interacted with was really excellent. This truly is a 5 star hotel.

Toddler loved the view of the train tracks. Mattress was very soft, and two mattresses were put together on a single bed.

Spacious room; impeccable service; excellent location next to two major station lines; plus surrounded by large walkable areas with cafes and restaurants; good noise insulation; high shower water pressure; varied breakfast and yummy food. No natural light mirror in the room; lobby is always crowded and loud due to functions and meetups, feels like a hostel when you enter or leave.

Great hotel. Big room. Very clean. Carl from concierge was amazing and very helpful. The location was a little out of the way for us with kids. A train ride into the city centre such as Shinjuku.
