Couldn't control the room temperature, but it was not a problem. In a way, I appreciated it was not too cold.

Good location. Top tier staff. The big issue was the worn-out mattress which just isn't ever a thing a hotel can ever get a pass for. It doesn't matter how good anything else about a hotel is, a worn out mattress never ok. The ac struggled to cool out room. The room gave me a "well maintained (except the mattress) and slated for renovation sometime in the next couple of years" vibe.

The hotel itself if beautiful and in an excellent location above the underground station, which we found very convenient. There was a wonderful selection for breakfast each morning and the staff were so kind and attentive. We would definitely stay again or recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Tokyo. The room was a good size, which we were pleased about, but the decor could do with some modernising, but this would not stop us from returning to the hotel.

our stay was very pleasant. The location was fantastic because right above the train station. Very friendly and helpful staff. very comfortable beds the room itself was a bit outdated. Big space, but not modern at all. same for the bathroom. Yet, we had a great stay!

The staff is very friendly. We mentioned our room was hot and they adjusted temp for us right away. It was our Anniversary and we received congratulations from staff and a welcome snack. Breakfast on weekend ending at 10am

The room was big That the facilities are not what you gonna expect from the photos, and the breakfast very very very limited not same value as 5 stars hotels . And you have to know that the facilities are not accessible if you don’t get the best rooms the hotel so as the breakfast rooftop . U have to pay separately and they will charge you for gym use too

Location and hotel itself were great. It is just walking distance (2,8km) to Ginza as well as there is a main metro station just inside the hotel.

Loved the location as far as being above a subway and across from the bus that took us to the airport, otherwise it is a poor location. Executive lounge is nice. Staff is very professional. Bathroom is excellent, save the toilet. View is poor. Pillows are awful. Mattress is equally awful. No space for bags or to hang/put away clothes. Laundry service is prohibitively expensive. Glad I didn't stay for any longer than I did.
