靠近机场巴士站点，周围有超市、洗衣房，住宅区很方便，走去清澄白河也很方便。 床和枕头有点硬。

It’s strategically positioned, near the station especially if you want to go to Narita or Haneda airport. Also convenient stores are nearby. Will definitely come back when I’m in Tokyo

The room is clean and staff is very friendly. I was afraid of staying in 129 sq.feet size room, surprised it was not too bad a space. I did not feel crammed in a jail cell. I would stay again.

The wifi was very poor in the very early morning and super slow. I would not recommend.

Kitchen staff were nice Food quality. Room by stairs and behind cafeteria. Laundry machines were dirty. Room by the window was cold, heater straight at the bed making it both hot And cold. No diaper pail. Front desk staff couldn’t do anything and seemed aloof. Just the whole experience was off and considered moving hotel.

Too little space to fit in. It would be better to have phone charging plugs on both sides of the bed, not just on one side. That was a bit frustrating. The pillow was too firm and very comfortable. It would be better to have another softer pillow as a choice.

Friendly staff Good selection of food for breakfast (eggs, bacon, sausage + soup, veg, curry) A wide variety of amenities provided Centrally located (however, not close to any touristy places) Affordable Early check in (even just 45min) only provided at a cost (1000Yen p/hr) Rooms are very small. If you have big luggage this might be a problem. Checked under bed if I left anything behind, and it was quite dusty.
