The location, it was clean, friendly staff, the room, a sauna in the room was amazing You’re not sure what to do when you arrive but the check in staff is next door in the sauna area and they’re helpful.

Do not overlook this property. I believe it was more of a hostel and is now operating as a hotel. We had the private sauna room, and the sauna was a great way to end a long day of sightseeing and shopping. The room had plenty of space for four adults to spread out, unpack, and repack. The only “negative” is the room was rather dark and could use a few more lamps. Other than that, carry that luggage up some stairs and enjoy the sauna if you can!

The room absorbed too much noise. From outside, ventilation being on and also because you are above a couple restaurants you get the kitchen smells of the door is open.

Location, staff. I was thinking that I booked a room with sauna, we are on the second floor and no sauna in the room. But the location and the room itself was great, staff are great . Overall excellent.

The location is near to main attractions. You have the whole room to your family, the living room is huge, and a washing machine I'm not sure if we can use the kitchen to cook meals or not. The photo of the in-room sauna and the fact that you have to pay extra for sauna can be deceiving on the website

The sauna and plunge bath were great. The location was also amazing. The room size was the best part about the room. Despite the size, which was great for Tokyo, the room quality was pretty low. Very basic. No TV. Broken chair. Worn all around.

The property was in a fabulous location, within 50m of Sensoji Temple. The sauna in the room was on when we checked in which was a lovely welcome. The room was stylishly furnished. For the price of the room I was disappointed that there were no bottles of water available and although there was a kettle, there was no tea option - only instant coffee. The bed was huge but very firm and there were only two very small, not very comfortable pillows. Also worth noting that the room is on the 4th floor and there is no lift.

First of all the room size was amazing, the sauna in the room was already going, there was a nice cold tub waiting with water and the atmosphere of the room was so relaxing. Good option for a 1-2 night splurge and relax. The raindrop shower head could have been better but just preference not bad.

Location, large sauna and cooling bath in the room, spacious with comfortable amenities. very relaxing overall! Only difficult part was the language barrier. Even then, staff was incredible helping with our questions.

The check in process was seamless and the staff was so kind/ also spoke English! We mainly booked this room for the location but the sauna/ cold plunge became the highlight our stay!

Words can not explain how relaxed we were staying here. We booked the king room which was the whole top floor. Enormous room with high attention to detail. The sauna and cold bathe were prepared and ready to go for our arrival. It has two verandas and the perfect sauna. A huge supply of towels. Lots of different lighting options. Staff were very kind and helpful. I was surprised at how convenient the location was. There was lots of different lighting options. We ate amazing food and had a great time. We are talking about spending 5 to 7 days there next time. We loved, loved loved it. Small thing the bath didn’t have hot water, but could be filled by the shower.

Was absolutely amazed at the size of our room. Our own private sauna and ice bath was unexpected but a nice surprise. Fantastic location, in the heart of Asakusa. Small walk to the train station. I did happen to get a discounted price through Booking.com.
