It was convenient to the Shinagawa station, it was close to the convention center and mall, 7/11 next door, fully equipped with any necessary items. The room was small but typical of the area.

I loved the hotels attention to detail. The room is on the smaller side but that never bothered us or hindered us in anyway; the layout is so well thought out. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. Just a 2 minute or less walk to the train station and 7 eleven.

It was nice, clean, and affordable! The hallway was just a little tight to fully open a bigger-sized suitcase.

Clean rooms, with air con and dehumidifier, laundry, free coffee and amenities (toothbrush, razor, etc.) Good distance to small restaurants and to the subway. Right next to a 24hr convenience store which was also much appreciated. Staff spoke very good English and were very helpful. Even loaned us a travel adapter.

Property is good, but location is not. Lot of construction around and nothing much to do. Station is close but not restaurants. It’s not near the center of the city where you can go around.

Sengakuji train station does not have an elevator, so going up and down the stairs with heavy luggage can be a bit difficult. We had to go all the way to Takanawa Gateway train station, which had a lift and was more convenient.

Friendly staff and clean rooms. There's a 7-11 right next to the hotel, too. It was perfect.

The location of the hotel was convenient - right next to a 7-11 and a train station! The room had pretty much everything we needed for a short, 3-day stay. Great water pressure in the bathroom shower! The bed was much too hard and the pillows were the most uncomfortable I've ever used. Maybe pillows are just different in Japan, but they were so hard and stiff that they made our faces fall asleep. The air conditioning also didn't seem to cool the room as much as I thought it would so we were quite warm while sleeping. Finally, we only had one luggage stand and hardly any space to put a second bag so we were very cramped. It would be nice if there was a second luggage stand or way to store clothing during the stay.

Like a 5 minutes walk to the station. The entrance to the station is super close to the hotel. Has a 7 eleven really close to the hotel. The staff was really attentive. The utilities room was really organized and had instructions in Japanese and English. Hotel was really diligent on receiving our luggage from our previous hotel and notifying us when they arrived. Our room was spacious.

Facility was spotless and staff helped with any and all questions we had. 10/10 would stay again.
