Okura Heritage is always great with superlative service and beautiful architecture. I like the gym and the spa. The Yamazato is a great restaurant. I only regret that for the price we were not offered an access to the business lounge (it’s always nice to enjoy a drink at least once during our stay, with a beautiful view over Tokyo Tower). For such a luxury hotel, this option should at least be offered when we book.

it was great. nothing in particular. everything was good.

Most staff were polite and pleasant to guests. Notice part of the buffet section was closed and this caused congestion and slower moving queue even though the place was not at full capacity. Am a returning customer to the hotel partly to try the French breakfast (toast) again. It will be much better if the French menu could include a bread serving etc as just a slice of toast was not sufficient.

Breakfast was excellent in the main dining room on the first floor. There is also a club facility in the tower that is much smaller and more intimate, however the breakfast selection is no where near as large.

Breakfast was good enough, but not exciting. The room was among the best we’ve ever had. Comfort and technology led the way. Room was large. View of Tokyo was fun. Staff was very attentive. Wife thought the pillows could use an upgrade.
