Rooms are very small, and some of the rooms are completely blocked off by the adjacent building despite being known the high floors. Lounge food are the same everyday, paid breakfast buffet is definitely not worth it.

Breakfast was included and was amazing, room was clean and comfortable, staff was friendly and helpful. Located near a train station and a 5 minute walk to Donkey and 7-11. Everything was perfect, not one complain.

The location is nice, although near a confusing/big intersection but the hotel is nearby to many things like coffee, convenience store and train station. And short ride to many places, walk can feel much longer and tiring because of the big intersection and hot weather though The only thing is, i stayed in a one bed room, the bed was positioned in a way that was like diagonal, so it made walking really awkward and difficult from one side of the bed when getting off the bed

Location was convenient to trains, subways and monorail. Airport Limousine Bus and Taxi Stand stops at hotel. Lots of shopping and restaurants in walking distance. Very nice hotel, the Executive Lounge was really nice to enjoy the view and food and drinks. Friendly staff always greeting guests. You can access pedestrian over pass to get to nearby places or trains. Family Mart on 1st floor nearby. I got extra pillows was so nice. I loved the view from room. You can walk to Ginza and Donki in a few minutes. The glass table in front of the sofa. Need to be careful around it. I think the airport bus only goes to Narita if anyone needs to know. I was told it doesn’t go to Haneda so plan accordingly.

Hotel location was excellent. It was near a major train station that made the entire City of Tokyo and two major airports easily accessible via various train systems. The hotel was clean and comfortable with courteous staff. Breakfast was excellent. The only thing I didn't like was the loose coiled mattress. I had hard time sleeping on it the first two nights, however, my wife was ok with it.

There are two family Mart and train station downstairs, it is very convenient! Staff speaks English and super welcoming. It is walking distance to Ginza major attractions, I had a lot of fun!

The room was clean but bathroom was making noises. The sink was making loud chugging noises after you turn off the water and so was the toilet after you flush.
