Location was great,. The part of the hotel where we had our room was just renovated. We had easy access to at least 3 train stations we knew off. Easy train access to both the city sights and the airport. Our room did overlooked the canale, which we loved. It was a bit different that we had to leave the key at reception each time we left the hotel.

Its proximity to central Tokyo and other high traffic areas as well as its simplicity. Nothing of note, the pillow was a little uncomfortable

Never received breakfast and was not offered breakfast. Whenever we went down the restruant was closed. Loved the location!

-Small but comfortable room. Good noise insulation to other rooms. -Good location, within a 10 minute walk to four different stations for a total of six train lines. -Although noise insulation was good to other rooms, it wasn't good to the hallway. You could hear every conversation when people would walk through there. -Having to drop the key at reception every time you go out is a little inconvenient, considering the lobby is on the BF1 and not ground level.

- Location was acceptable - They didn’t inform us beforehand that their are having construction work done during our booking time. - the corridor smells of paints - The reception is in the floor B which is very weird. - Every time we go out we have to give the key to the reception as they have only one key for the room which ridiculous

The location is quite central and we'll connect to Tokyo Station. In overall the interiors are a bit outdated, but they seem to know it and have renovation works at the time ongoing. At the moment only on the facade, which didn't create any noice problems, since they finished the renovation works on the interiors on one of the floors. Please check before booking. They still have smoking rooms, which was the only one left at the dates I needed, which is not recommended for sensible noses. The hotel offered to spray the next day since I'm a non-smoker.once they noticed at my arrival that I'm not a smoke.

I stay during a renovation periode. Even if the price was lower, it was still high regarding the situation. No natural light in the room because of plastic that was covering the windows. You have to let your key each time you go out and the lobby is in the basement, so it's not exactly on the way. No breakfast serve in the hotel even if they have a restaurant.
