Great location, near the train station and easy access to Ueno Park. Breakfast was great, wonderful selection of Western and Japanese dishes to choose from. Room was clean and wider than expected, with access to amenities.

A very nice and clean hotel super close to train station, with lots of things to do nearby. Great amenities including shampoo/conditioner, slippers, PJs, and a coffee machine in the Lobby! There's also a rooftop deck where you can hang out and see the city lights! No complaints!

Friendly staff, clean HUGE room, confortable beds, having a wide selection of pillows was so great, and LOVED that coffee machine for the mornings. More trash bags, and an option to not have staff bring new towels every day. We didn't need a new towel every day. Is wasteful of water.

The staff was extremely helpful. That held our baggage while we were traveling in other areas of Japan, and for the whole day after we checked out. Our room was cleaned every day. There was coffee in the lobby with biscuits. The 11th-floor terrace was a wonderful place to sit and eat with the great view. The location is close to Ueno Park and all the museums. Very short walk to the train station and subway lines. Direct train to the airport. When my wife lost her passport, the hotel staff were instrumental in helping us to eventually get it returned. The room was a little small for 2 people with luggage.

The hotel is clean and conveniently located about 400 meters from JR Ueno Station. There are numerous restaurants in the surrounding area, and the staff communicate well in English. Guests may request an additional pillow at reception if needed. The breakfast is enjoyable, although the menu did not change during our two consecutive days of stay.

The location is excellent, right next to exit 3 of ueno station and just 5 minutes from ueno park 11 m2 can be really small if you have big suitcases, but you can organize yourself to work it out

The staffs were nice and kind. The location was good, not too far from the station and had good safty. The room was clean and comfy.

Location was great! We love walking around the area. Train station is close by and has a great pastry shop for breakfast. The room is so tiny. We could fit a carry on sideways between the beds. Definitely no more than 2 people if you have luggage.

Location was great, near the metro and Ueno park. Breakfast was pretty good, and it's not always easy to find breakfast at restaurants in Japan. They had a waffle maker, which my husband and I appreciated. Laundry machines were easy to use, though not the cleanest. Room was fine: typical small Japanese hotel room. The bathroom in the lobby smelled like body odor, which wasn't pleasant, but we only had to use it a couple times, so it wasn't that big of a deal.

Room was small but pretty normal. Nice pillows and was happy that they included a lot of stuff in the lobby for us to use including bath salts. The breakfast was DELICIOUS and there were a lot of options to choose from!!!

Friendly, helpful staff. Limited Western breakfast options. But plenty for an Asian pallet. No electric outlet in the bathroom!! Why not? This is my unhappy comment.
