It’s near the Shinigawa Station. The breakfast time is earlier and offers more variety the other hotelsI stayed. There is no lounge area at the lobby where you can sit to stay before check-in. You can only sit at the dining area.

Meh… Front staff was very inconsiderate. Eco-friendry or just cheap? When asked for an extra towel, they charged me ¥100, but all they gave me after wait was the towel supposed to be replenished anyway. Basically ripped off. Not that ¥100 is a big deal, the big deal is the inconvenience and lack of service.

Just like other Toyoko Inns. Good location and good price with small but comfortable rooms. Breakfast venue is very small. Also breakfast used too much plastic cutlery.

The hotel was excellent. While we were there the bar and pool were closed but that is a seasonal thing. The hotel is right on the beach so we woke up to a beautiful sunrise every morning. There is also a free shuttle bus to Kawazu train station. Having access to the onsen was wonderful. I went in the morning and last thing at night. I would happily stay here again. The bar was closed while we were there but that was for the winter season.

Breakfast was good. Handy to have a supermarket next door. We asked for an extra pillow and towel and were politely told we couldn't have them. The room is noisy being right opposite the train station.

I could open the window and have fresh air. The location is excellent. Plenty of good quality amenities. Very good breakfast.

The mattress was quite firm and there is only one elevator, so it got quite busy and took awhile.

Nice business hotel meeting all basic needs. Clean, good value. Easy travel to Haneda from Shinagawa station. There is only 1 elevator
