Very nice and helpful staff, great location. Bring a long charging cable. Power plug is far from the bed, and there was only one in the room.

This hotel is conveniently located and easy to access from Ueno Station. The staff are excellent. Some staff speak enough English to make things easier. I was able to leave my luggage before check in and after check out. The cafe/restaurant was closed during my stay.

Location awesome, 4 minute walk from main uneo hub , grocery store close , wifi awesome, aircon awesome , so so clean thru out hotel , microwave in lobby to use to..location was the beat, quiet street close to Uneo station...I'll go back again! Price was ok to compared to others in area ! It's not that I didn't like it , but must say room is small even for Tokyo standards, but i knew this before I booked ! But letting you no ! But more than ok for me !!!

It is the most economical choice in Ueno and the location is near public transportation. The staircase from outside leading to the front desk of the hotel is surely a poor design!

One thing I have to write is that we got 7th floor room & there is an elevator up to 6th floor... 6th to 7th floor is stairs only... Imagine that with huge heavy suite cases...

The hotel is quite far from Keisei but the walking route is flat, no stair.

the staff doesn’t answer the phone when I wanted something to ask from my room. So I had to go downstairs by myself.

Nonsmoking room smelled like smoke. Hair in the drain when we moved in. Wi-fi was complicated to connect to and didn't have enough security to be accepted by our devices.
