Everything about our stay was perfect. The location was excellent, the room was comfortable and spotless, and the service was outstanding. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the hotel was a great base for exploring Tokyo. I would absolutely stay here again. Nothing!

Not a hotel for a good view however being brand new we loved the room, cleanliness and the bunk bed setup for 2 adults and 2 kids. Close location to subways and walking to Ginza. Subway needed a few transfers though so not direct routes to most places if you want ease. Mattresses are thin however were still quite comfortable and softer than most beds in Japan. Self check in at the computer is a bit odd as the staff needs to walk you through it anyway. Not many places for suitcases in the room but still liked the setup with the table

The property was real great. very clean. the area was spacious. bed was comfortable. toilet and bathroom were also good. modern aesthetic ambience. very near the convenience stores... recommendable place to stay if u want a more quiet area. you still have to go to 5th or 9th floor for washing of kitchen stuffs...

Good location, very close to the Metro station, lots of good restos close by, Tsukiji Market is also a convenient short walk. No microwave & washer/dryer in the room but they have a common area for microwave & washer/dryer in each floor.

The location was fantastic. It’s just a short walk to the Ginza area, and along the way you'll discover charming side streets filled with wonderful restaurants off Miyuki-dori Street. There are two subway stations within a five-minute walk, making it easy to explore Tokyo. A FamilyMart convenience store—similar to 7-Eleven but even better—is just a minute away. One of my favorite things about this location was how quiet the neighborhood felt, despite being so close to everything. There was an excellent yakitori restaurant directly across the street, and the famous Tsukiji Outer Market was only about a 10-minute walk away. After landing in Tokyo, I immediately appreciated how much space we had in the room. It ended up being the most spacious accommodation of our entire trip through Japan. I was a little concerned that the low platform beds might be uncomfortable since I'm a side sleeper and tend to feel hip pain on firmer mattresses, but I slept surprisingly well and found the beds quite comfortable. The room included a dining table with four chairs and a sofa, giving the three adults in our group plenty of room to spread out and relax. The laundry facilities were modern and easy to use with the help of Google Translate, and the machines even dispensed laundry detergent automatically. There were also plenty of outlets and charging options throughout the room, which was greatly appreciated by three travelers carrying multiple devices. I would happily stay here again. The only thing I missed was having coffee available in the room. As an early riser and coffee lover, I would have appreciated a few complimentary coffee packets. That said, I picked up Starbucks Via instant coffee packets during our trip, and they worked perfectly. If you're a coffee drinker traveling through Japan, I highly recommend bringing a few of your favorite individual coffee packets with you—they're lightweight, easy to pack, and made my mornings much happier.

It was beautiful and clean and spacious. Probably the best place we stayed in the past 2 weeks. Staff was so helpful and friendly. Location is excellent. We had a family of 4 in one room and we had so much room to spread out. Every convenience you could hope for Nothing

I liked that it was new and the water pressure for the shower was good. I made the reservation when the hotel didn't have actual photos yet, only mockups of the rooms and they were EXTREMELY misleading. The mockups made it look like the room was spacious, where in reality the layout of the room was poorly done and there was very little space. As soon as i walk into the door of the room, i have to make 2 90degree angle turns before entering the room, which is a little difficult with big luggage. They must have also forgotten to plan space for the fridge because it's obnoxiously big and sits right in the middle of the room, taking up precious space.

Everything Hope the hotel served breakfast like coffee and pastries without adjusting accommodation

1, Spacious room, very rare to find in Tokyo. 2. Great location, 1 minute to Subway trains station, and so close to the wonderful seafood restaurants in this area. 3. The staff is very friendly, though surprisingly most of them don’t speak English. 1. The bunker bed is super hard.

lacks the amenities that you would commonly find in other hotels/stays…like sleep wear, toothbrush, comb, etc…

Good location, spacious rooms for 3+ people, very friendly/helpful staff. Good amenities like self service laundry. No luggage fwding options within hotel. Had to work with other local area options.

Grerat location and very spacious suites, staff were super helpful! The hotel is a new and opened recently. Would definitely recommend, esp if you are travelling in a larger group or as a family. They do not do daily cleaning which I did not like, you can get new towels by putting old ones in a bag and hand outside your door but it's onyl from 6-10 am.

We had a great stay with our family of four (2 adults, children aged 11 &12) in the double bunk room. Location was very convenient within walking distance to the Fish Market, Ginza, Tokyo Station and a suitable choice for our stay between our Haneda Airport arrival and Narita Airport Departure. The staff were very friendly and went above and beyond when a piece of luggage got left at reception on our way to the airport. We’d definitely stay here again when back in Tokyo.
