Good location. Very close to the metro station and walking distance from Hachiko statue and shibuya crossing. Everything is kind of old and worn. I specifically had hard time sleeping because of someone smoking iquos cigarettes in the capsule. Smelled nasty and gave me big headache. I informed the staff but they didn’t care much…

That is mandatory to leave before 11 am, for cleaning purposes, I get that, IT'S NOT FOR LONG STAY, if you want to be there for the night I think it's okay, but if you are travelling and want to be there for days, don't do it, it is pretty annoying check in and check out every day!!!!

Easy to access from the station. Nothing.

It was great to try a different form of accommodation. The pods were very cozy with a fan, power point and light within the pod. The showers were clean with nice shampoo etc.. The check in was very simple and the location was very easy to access. It is understandable that in a group of many pods with only a curtain between your bed and the corridor, you hear a lot of people coming and going, snoring, sirens from the street etc. however, I would imaging that if you have ear plugs, this could be overcome.

Uncomfortable beds and bean bag pillows, even for a capsule hotel (not my first). No tv in the capsule like other hotels. Fan doesn't do much when it gets hot. Only one elevator and gets crowded quickly, so not able to leave the hotel at the desired time when a lot of people are checking out. No stairs that we can use either. No tv or entertainment in the lounge area. Unfriendly staff.

Temperature in bed area a bit high

I loved this location! Close enough to Shibuya to do everything yet far enough from the night light and constant truck ads. Super clean and modern inside, I would have liked to stay here longer The beds are very practical, I wished it was a lil softer but not the worst thing ever. And I had never used a sauna before! Exciting but I was hoping for more signs on how to use them

Required check-out at 11 AM every morning, including packing and putting away anything in your capsule. Locker space was small and crowded with others in there. Capsule was not very comfortable (part of the wall jutted into the capsule, limiting space, and the pillows were filled with what felt like beans). Lights were kept on in the capsule space the entire night, so it never looks like the advertised photo. There is one elevator for 8 floors, so during busier hours, it can take a really long time to go up or down any amount. Calling the capsule "air conditioned" is very generous. The fan barely does anything.

    - Easy check in, helpful staff. - You receive nice pajamas, slippers and two towels. - sleeping pod was comfortable and spacious enough. - The sauna was AMAZING. Even better than the onsens i went to, and i don't say this easily - Locker room is extremely cramped, not recommended to bring more than one luggages. - Facilities aren't well maintained specifically the bathroom- leaking showerheads, missing privacy screens, and is not that clean but not to the point of it being disgusting - Access to the hotel is difficult. You are immediately greeted with a flight of narrow stairs. Again, NOT recommended if you are carrying heavy luggages!! - You must checkout at 11am everyday and you can only return at 3pm. Doesn't matter if you are staying for multiple nights. You get to keep your stuff in the locker, though. Not that much of a problem for me since i spent most of my day outside anyway, but others might not like it

Everything was as expected and predictable. All facilities are clean, no bugs or mold.

  • Engine customer Apr 2026

Close to subway station. Great reception staff. Many food options and convenience stores nearby. Clean bathrooms and showers. The locker room is a bit narrow and difficult to move around when others are present.

  • Engine customer Apr 2026

The capsules are quite old, and there’s a large TV mount, I suppose, but without a TV. You need to check in and out every day because they have to clean the capsules for four hours. The locker room is very small, so maneuvering around, especially with luggage, can be difficult.

  • Engine customer Apr 2026

The space quite open, so many noise in the night include snoring even inside the capsule.

  • Engine customer Apr 2026

Nothing. Property was absolutely disgusting. Black mold everywhere. Smelled like urine. Facilities were awful. The only clean part of the entire space was the sauna ironically, if it wasn’t 100° Celsius I would have preferred to sleep in there. Mold in the pods. Mold in the bathroom. Pods smell like urine. Locker room smelled like fish. Loud guests thought the night and lights on 24/7–the privacy screen was useless. The air vent in my pod looked like it had never been cleaned and was covered in black mold. When I eventually left, staff was rude and there was of course a rat outside the bottom floor—cherry on top of an absolutely awful experience.

Close to station exit, not too difficult to find. Convenience store is close. Lots of foreigners make noise all morning, no sound insulation, dirty facilities even with frequent cleaning. Not the most capricious areas. Locker doesn’t have changing rooms.

  • Engine customer Mar 2026

Easy to communicate in english and clean facility

  • Engine customer Mar 2026

The location is good. You can get complementaire clean towels and pyjamas everyday. They also provide you with earplug for noise management in the capsule. The bedsheets are cleaned daily. The luggage storage is very narrow. So taking stuff in and out of your storage can be annoying.

  • Engine customer Mar 2026

Super close to the station, they even gave a gift card for Starbucks, idk if that is all the time though.

  • Engine customer Mar 2026

Absolutely no frills capsule hotel. Good location. Some fixtures ought to be repaired, eg. the blinds for the ladies shower room. The TV has been removed from the capsule but the structure is still there, taking up a lot of room. Kept knocking my head on it. There’s also a metal rod sticking out inside the capsule, that also takes up room in the precious small space.

Clean, provided wardrobe and towels Showers on dufferent floor then beds You have to check out every day amat 11am and check in at 3pm even if you staying 4 days
