Loved how quiet the location was. Staff was so nice. Room is so pretty. Loved the deep tub. Beds were hard. Stains on carpet in room.

It’s right by a major road with rooms facing traffic. The nearby streets of Setagaya and Hatagaya are super nice and chill tho. We had business in the area, and the location was perfect for us. Traffic was not too noisy.

The location was good as it was just a short walk to the subway station. Lots of food options at the subway station too was really nice. We loved the rooftop deck. Fun to be up there at night and see the city skyline. The staff was very helpful and went out of their way to meet our needs.

Liked the size of the room, the rooftop, location to the train station and helpful staff. No one at the front desk typically. Have to call and wait for someone to get there, but they do come promptly. Bathroom sink area is very tiny.

We liked the neighborhood the hotel was in. The hotel itself was fine and did the job. It was comfortable and clean, even if it was a little dated. Easy check in. Room was a decent size and had a mini fridge. Even though it was near a busy thoroughfare I don’t recall it being noisy. Also conveniently close to a metro station. Lots of cafes and restaurants within easy walking distance. There was a rooftop patio which we didn’t use, but some may enjoy. Not sure I would specifically recommend this hotel, but also wouldn’t not recommend it if someone was interested in staying in this neighborhood.

we loved the roof and the option to smoke freely there with the excellent coffee Machin for free. The location was not in touristic area. It is very recommended for business people

The staff was able to handle our group who made multiple reservations for the same room and consolidate them into one. The roof garden is cool. The hot water at the sink was slow to warm up. Neither the tub or the sink could get as hot as I like (50°C)

My spacious and clean room. The terrace is wonderful. The staff is very accommodating Great convenient location. A moldy odor that lingered in the front lobby area. Also the small step going into the bathroom area that you wouldn't notice until you tripped over it. Ouch!
