lots of amenities including snacks, wine, and various care products. spacious rooms. quiet for the most part except when someone was being really loud outside. Policy to exchange key for plastic cards when going outside seems like an unnecessary step.

Great hotel in Central area. I really like the self service amenities. Everything is always stopped. The apartment is clean with lots of Japanese technology, which was very interesting to use. The hotel smells really nice. You could use the spa facilities on the next building for free Nothing it was good value for money.

privacy, good value for money, they let my bro check his luggage even though he wasn't staying there. nice bath, great if you want to order up some escorts pillows were very flat, I needed to stack 3 because they were too easy to squash flat. no problem, more pillows in lobby, or you can ask staff.

Easy to find. Great amenities! The room including the furniture seemed slightly outdated and didn’t like that the bedroom was a step down from the sink & shower area. Plus the room smelled pf smoke and even contained had an ash tray.

24 hour snacks and coffee available. Room was small for two people and 4 suitcases.

Nice clean comfortable small rooms decorated in Bali style. Friendly efficient staff. Bonus was all the complementary goodies, food, drinks, toiletries and more. Close to restaurants and mini-markets, near train station. Lack of closet space and nowhere to store luggage was manageable but inconvenient for a 4 day stay before cruise.

The bar and snacks at the lobby are a huge bonus. Free amenities and other stuff were also good. Location is great near everything you need. This hotel is not for travelers! Be aware. Although the room was spacious it’s not bulit for travelers. No place for luggage of four. Showers are hideous. There’s a sauna in a room for 4!!! Crazy but not for travelers…

All the food and drink and amenities available all day long. None of the staff in any part of hotel spoke English.

This hotel is absolutely amazing! Spacious and very well-equipped room. Lobby with a ton of free amenities available 24 hours. Great location close to Golden Gai and other lively places. The room smelled like cigarrets

So many amenities for free. Random snacks and so many toiletries. Great location. The room was kinda crammed. It would just have less furniture.

It’s a themed love hotel, so throughout the day there will be couples coming and going, or waiting in the small lobby for a “rest”. The room has everything as it caters for couples who arrive with no luggage. The rooms are small and over furnished, so there is no room for luggage. The rooms are tired and outdated The lobby has a 24/7 simple buffet and drinks. Staff are great and discrete. Would not stay again
