We reserved a 2 bed non-smoking room Property was clean and near a park and ran alongside the train. Rooms were on the smaller side. Not alot of extra space for large luggage but we managed. Beds were comfy. Shower pressure great. They have a pay as you take mini bar in the frig, so minimal space for your personal purchases but again that was fine. Staff was super friendly but spoke very little English. Short 7 minute walk from train station. 7-11 a couple of blocks away. Overall was good.

Last time I was very happy with the place so I came back But the staff don’t speak any English and refused to give us a little delay in the 10ocklck check out

The staffs were helpful and can speak english. From the booking, I have requested a non smoking room. We were tired from our trip and gave us a smoking room and the hall way was no light.

It’s a great room, spacious and comfortable Nice neighborhood with many little restaurants Basically it’s like a love hotel Check out a little bit early- 10

Staff was very friendly and spoke English well, the room was comfortable and clean, the room had a bathtub with jets and even bathing crystals were provided, sleeping gown and plenty of toiletries were free of charge, location is easy to reach by public transport and supermarket is nearby

Comfortable and good basic services such as daily cleaning, bath stuff replacement and great shower/bath room. The host has been very kind and polite in trying to help us with our requests for information despite not talking a single word in English. Good price for the zone in Tokyo, only 15-20 minutes from the main central neighborhoods Small rooms, little or no English references. No twin rooms, only double (love hotel)
