The building and the room are a bit old. The room was cold, and breakfast was not provided.

The staff were very nice and accommodating. The only good thing about this place The room. It had a weird order, the outlets next to the bed didn't work. The slippers were like clown shoes. Big and slippery. The check out is too early.

Well used Room with some smell. Humid, air condition works strange. The instructions provided to a different air conditioner . Sockets near the bed out of order. No light switch near the bed. Shower does not work properly. Cleaning service very poor. Sink was not cleaned for the whole stay.

Hotel room was extremely small as compared to price, staff was polite but wish they understood english as I had to explain everything from translator. Room window was towards highway so vehicle traffic noise was affecting my sleep. The staff were pleasant Grossly overpriced. I was charged $350 per night for a tiny room in dumpy part of town. People who did not use Bookings did not pay that rate. The room was worth maybe $120. Made the reservation one day before but they would not let me cancel the tensing days and find a new hotel.

It’s in a great location - right by the Hatagaya station and near convenience stores like 7/11, family mart, and Matsumoto kiyoshi. It’s an older building so you’ll get physical keys and there’s a curfew of 2 AM. It’s private, great for short stays within budget, and convenient. There’s smoking floors and non-smoking floors. It’s right by the main road so there’s road noises all day - night. I was okay because I used earplugs but if you’re a sensitive to noise, it’s something to consider.

I like the place, the rooms are comfortable and clean, the staff are friendly, and the location is easy to access. one more thing, I made a reservation suddenly but it was really well prepared.

Convenient location and affordable. Facilities in room were fine for the price. Near Hatagaya station, so easy to get around. A little hard to find, and locals weren’t very helpful unusually). Would have helped to have an English sign somewhere - even a small one.

Very close to the station and near the hotel are supermarkets and convenience stores that remain open until late. The facilities are old, but there is no big problem with my stay.
