Friendly staff, easy for foreigners. Close to station.

The room looked dirty. There were black marks all over the wall, the refrigerator was loud and annoying all night, and the wind was howling by my window with no way to block it out. The air conditioning was decent but it made the room feel a little wet. No option to turn to drying mode. The bathroom smelled a bit, but it wasn't unbearable.

Staff were wonderful. Very near train station, just 2 stops from Shinjuku & 2 or 3 from Shibuya. Quiet neighborhood, restaurants & convenience stores nearby. Cafe downstairs has excellent food and coffee! Nice to hang out indoors or outdoors and meet nice people. Rooms are quite small, but we expected that. Breakfast was very limited (soup, toast, coffee, juice), but nice that it's included.

Fantastic location! The staff are excellent. Perfect english and super helpful with any request. Great laundry room and being on a high floor made for a very quiet stay. The room was the perfect size for me and even though it is dated it was nice and clean. The breakfast was very basic but the amazing location (2 mins away from the station) and the wonderful staff made it the perfect spot. Luggage can be left in lobby which is always a bonus! I have stayed multiple times.

I think is a fair hotel, close to the station, good for tourists. the AC in the room was very noisy, it was very difficult to sleep with all that noise. The clerk photocopied my ID, which is not a requirement in Japanese law, I wasn't even asked if I consented to that.

The hotel is in the perfect location in a nice quiet area, staff were very helpful and gave great advice for seeing the sights around the city

I like the location, close to Hatagaya Station, supper markets, bakery and food places. I don' t like the Keio New Line. It is so confused to get to Hatagaya Station. We get lost almost every time we try to go back to the hotel. Maybe just only us having this problem.

Location and price Filthy room covered in black mold and completely unsanitary shower. Orange and black mold all over dirty show liner. See photo of what was once a white shower liner ? Made me sick all night.
