only location but not very central The rooms were very small. After keeping the luggage you could hardly move around. the bathrooms were very small standing room only. The furniture were very run down, One end of the bed was stuck to the wall making it only accessably from one end.

Only streaming tv services. For those like us who do not stream, we couldn’t even watch basic tv. This was a HUGE disappointment

The tv service was streaming only. This was a huge disappointment for us who do not stream. For this reason I will not stay at this hotel again.

Location was good, and they had luggage forwarding service that was extremely helpful. There was no room for luggage, no privacy in the bathroom because of the foggy glass window in the bathroom shower area and the toilet area smelled like sewage. Although there was a tv, there was no service.

I did not expect the room to be that small!

Good location for the area of town, decent roof top bar. Small worn rooms that are overpriced with limited amenities. Did not appreciate packaging of shampoo/ conditioner/ soap in single use packets.

Location was great, rooftop bar and views were spectacular.

We splurged a little and stayed on the top floor in one of the Villa Suites. Most incredible views of Tokyo plus the most amazing outdoor shower! The bed was very comfortable and the room really nicely appointed. Shinjuku is a great base for exploring Tokyo but it is also packed with tourists and nightclubs, so it was so lovely to come back to this top-floor oasis at the end of a long, busy day. There are two sets of blinds in the suite but neither are blackout blinds, so when the sun comes up at 4:30am, you know it! Definitely pack an eye mask. Also, as big as the suite is, there's not much room to unpack. Only a couple of hangers in the closet and no drawers big enough for clothes.

Nothing!!! While drinking tea waiting for my niece, two RATs were running around outside in my view directly outside the deck area!!! Yuk!!! Accommodation was clean, although the room was extremely cramped!!! My niece was harrased while walking to find a place for dinner.

In the center close to everything We booked the room with the washing machine but the dryer never worked and it was really dirty inside. I went to see the staff and they referred me to laundromat close by. So I had to pay for the laundry and they didn’t reimburse.

The location was excellent and convenient to travel by cab, on foot, or by train. While it was very close to nightlife, the hotel was on a quiet street and extremely relaxing if you chose not to indulge. Also, as there aren't a lot of early morning breakfast options, having the hotel breakfast start at 7 am was the perfect way to start the day early and adjust to the jet lag! The room was spacious, clean, comfortable, and very well appointed. The staff was extremely professional and helpful. I would absolutely stay here again. Nothing!

Rooms are alittle tight if you’ve got big bags but good and practical

The room was excellent. We stayed in the suite on 15th floor Carpet in restaurant was dated and hallways were dark. Could use a light color coat of paint on the walls

Breakfast was excellent. Our room was very clean and quiet. We were surprised at how small the sleeping area was. However, it did not affect our stay to any great extent.

My only complaint was the carpeting in the dining room needs to be changed out. It was very dirty and probably beyond being able to be cleaned.
