Easy to find, good location and excellent value for money. Small but I didn’t expect anything different in Tokyo, especially at that price!

Location is good. Noisy as we can hear stomping and loud talking outside our room, and from the room above us. Also the beds were small for 2 persons. Also they made a lot of squeaky sounds when one move. So, it was difficult to sleep.

The location is very near Shin-Okubo, walking distance. The streets is super bustling, can find great foods. The room comes with ample stuffs. We are happy with room. However, room size bit small for 5pax, no space to put luggage, though room is cosy. Overall happy with room. Size of room small.

Amenities complete. Clean and comfortable. Wall a bit thin. Can hear people doing something upstairs and people laughing. And the space a bit small for a 5 people room. But we managed because it is quite rare to find a 5 people room.
