The property was situated in a perfect spot. Nearby are a Family Mart and a 7-Eleven. The Sugamo station was also very close, which made travel more convenient. I also really appreciated the property’s response time and help via the Booking.Com messages. Very helpful.

Close to train station, convenient stores and restaurants. Room was comfortable, spacious and quiet as we are the only one on the entire floor of the apartment. Extra blankets for fold out bed were stained and percolator was cracked so we didn't get to use. No extra plates or utensils, but enough cups in room.

The location - walking distance to Sugamo Hamanote Line. Lots and lots of eating places nearby! Very spacious for a group of 4 people. It is not refundable. So make sure you have made up your mind about staying. Overall though, we are glad we stayed here!

Location is excellent. Right next to Sugamo Station’s JR Yamanote Line and shopping plaza. Also in the middle of a Seven Eleven and Family Mart which the latter is only less than a minute of a walk away. Albeit a bit cramped, the hotel has all the facilities you’d need except for maybe a kitchen which isn’t that much of a problem if all you do is eat out or buy konbini food. The bathroom smelled like urine the moment we arrived. We tried cleaning the floors with soap but the smell returned the next few days though not as strong. The trash cans were shared outside in the hallway meaning that if one of the bins were full, you’d have to keep your garbage inside your own room until the next day.

Location is very good, near the JR line and the subway line Prime for travelling Cafes around the facility as well Had a weird smell in the apartment Could be better
-
The location is good within walking distance to nearby local shopping street If the place can provide plates with cutlery that would make it even better
-
The location is good and there are many restaurants around.

Liked · The train station is very close, making it convenient to get around. There's also a 24 hours supermarket near the station. Plus, there's a 24 hours police station nearby (good to know, in case anyone ever needs it like we unfortunately did :) ) Eventually, the hotel gave us one free night and a 30 % discount on the total price. While we appreciate the gesture, NOTHING CAN MAKE UP FOR THE TIME AND TRIPS WE LOST. Alright guys, this is going to be a long story, but I appreciate anyone who takes the time to read it. My friend and I recently stayed at this hotel for 10 days and had an absolutely horrible experience. On our second day, We decided to buy some water before we slept so we went to the nearest Familymart. And when we went back, we got locked out of our room due to a faulty door lock. We tried multiple times to open it, but nothing worked. We also attempted to contact the hotel—they have six different phone numbers—so we called each one over 10 times, but NO ONE ANSWERED. Desperate, we had no choice but to go to the POLICE STATION for help. Even the police called the hotel multiple times, yet still NO RESPONSE! We begged the police to let us stay inside because we felt unsafe being outside alone at night, but we were only allowed to sit there until our phones reached 50% charge, which was around 2 AM. The hotel owner later claimed she missed the police’s call because she was showering and said she called back, but my friend and I were sitting right there with the police officer the entire time, and NO CALL ever came through. She also said she stayed up waiting until 2 AM before going to sleep, but meanwhile, WE WERE OUTSIDE IN THE FREEZING COLD(3°C), WITH NO MONEY, NO PASSPORTS, AND NOWHERE TO GO! My poor friend got so cold that she threw up on the street. With no other options, we ended up walking around and staying at a 24-hour McDonald's until the 8:30 AM. We couldn’t even sleep because McDonald’s staff kept waking us up due to their policy. The next morning, around 9 AM, the hotel owner finally contacted us and came to open the door with a key. However, this ruined our entire night and caused us to miss a pre-booked tour, wasting both time and money. This whole situation was completely unacceptable and could been avoided if hotel ANSWER THE PHONE and take responsibility!

Nice room, clean, great location and the shower was very nice. The blanket was on the small side but we are dutch so it's not that much to go off.

Rendez vous at 3pm, rep. no show. . We paid the housekeeper to gain access to apt but waited for the code untill 3:45 so that we could leave to go shopping. I pay all my bills with credit card, But WinCo asked for cash only at the property. When we arrived, The housekeeper kept extending his hand and repeating in English money money, but he was unable to provide any assistance. Very rude behaviour especially in Japan, thus creating a wall of mistrust. Room and bathroom clean. Bed ok with a single tiny pillow. I asked for an extra pillow and the answer was no we don t have enough pillows. Good wifi , shower pressure, heating system.. Very quiet. Location is very convenient. This is a non smoking place, yet staff keep smoking, go figure. This could be a very good place, it needs better communications and polite, friendly, customer oriented housekeeper/manager. Good place ,bad staff.

The location was conveniently close to a Yamanote line station. Self check-in was easy. The shower leaked water! We suspect that it’s because of the gaps between the tub and the walls. The bed was not very comfortable. There were no trash bin in the washroom… The bedsheets and towel felt clean but the room didn’t. Saw a lot of dust accumulated in gaps of beds. No washer.
