1. Location. 2. The price. 3. Free breakfast. House keeping service is not every day. The front service is normal.

It’s well located 2 minutes away from the J R station. The room is not bit, but provides all necessary facilities for a traveler needed. The area is lively and, and the room is quiet. Love the stay, and will come back if I have a chance to visit Tokyo again. None

Even though it’s small, it was very nice. The breakfast was my favorite thing. They have a little buffet style breakfast that consists of different onigiri flavors (tuna mayo and salmon were my favorite), three soup options (one staple was miso soup), coffee, green tea, apple juice, veggie juice, pickles, pain au chocolat and a caramel filled pastry. It was all great for the price! Also, everyday they give you fresh towels, toothbrush/dental paste, and bags for your trash cans. Besides that, there’s other amenities at the lobby, like free razors, pijamas, borrowed power banks, and others. I’d love to stay there again! The bed was REALLY stiff, and that threw me off a little, even though it was oddly comfy and I didn’t have any issues to sleep on it.

Very quiet considering the location. Breakfast onigiri is great.

The location is good. The staff are helpful. The services are good. The beds are uncomfortable. They are extremely hard and feel like sleeping on the floor.

I like that they provided breakfast. I like that the place was super clean. I like that they provided toiletries. I didn't like waiting for my turn to use their washing machine and dryer.

Wonderful hotel. Near the subway station with 7 eleven just outside the station Rooms reasonably sized by Japanese standards. Well equipped. Extra amenities and even Night clothes available in the lobby. Breakfast was good, mostly Japanese fare with croissants and buns Staff were very friendly and helpful.
-
Very clean smaller sized room, Japanese style breakfast was good as it had a nice assortment of onigiris, miso soup and few pastries. Location was <5 minute walk from subway station and restaurants. Satisfactory for a short stay in Tokyo. The mattress was really uncomfortable, I’m not sure if it’s a standard but it was very hard and left us with sore back the next morning. Fairly quiet but you can hear noise from outside as it’s near a couple restaurants and bars and noticed a few drunk people yelling past midnight:

I like the breakfast, the room is nice, clean and spacious. There’s fresh towels everyday, complete with amenities and you can do laundry too. So close to Otsuka Yamanote Line and so shops and restaurants. Nothing

Room size was decent compared to competitive hotels. Staff were very friendly and accommodated all requests where possible. Room had dedicated ethernet port, tested at 100Mbps download speed. I've slept on softer rocks and outside ground, that bed is hands down were the roughest nights of sleep. Additional blankets somewhat helped, but seriously those beds need to be replaced with soft mattresses.

The location is superb, very close to Otsuka train station several pubs around the hotel

Their housemade onigiri breakfast is nice. At first I don't have much expectation when get to know Toyoko Inn no longer serving buffet breakfast. But the onigiri served is fresh and nice. Nothing

We like a little more softer mattress. Toyoko was too hard for us. We didn't have any view of the city . I always get hotels with some type of view of Tokyo, but our rooms didn't come with any view.

Great location with easy access to the JR Yanamote line. Many food choices around, very convenient. Large rooms than normal, larger beds too. Highly recommended for couples with toddlers. Great breakfast onigiri choices!

Breakfast was good. Staff was very nice. I lost Wi-Fi right after leaving my room.

Croissant, toiletries, cleanliness and accessibility. Small cafeteria.

The breakfast was wonderful. Room was small but functional. Soaking tub was lovely. Bed was quite firm and I wished there were two pillows per person. Location was a bit out of the way but still things to see.
