Perhaps, safety. There is a sliding glass door - divider between the room and bathroom. It’s totally transparent and in the morning I hit it with my face, that was quite painful. You need to add some stickers on it, maybe some visible at night

Location Rooms can be tight

Location was great. Staff was friendly. Room was clean. It was too small. There weren’t any space for open a luggage. If you open yor bag there were no space to walk so we had to jump on our bags all the time.

Good size room, Great shower, nice coffe area. Almost No natural light in the room. It might be because the side i was in, but still - felt dark. But its not thier fault so im not taking points out of the score, because the Hotel is really Great.

Reasonably close to Akihabara region and station (10 minutes walk or so). Bathroom that unlike most hotels in Japan, is reasonably sized. Quiet due to room layout (bathroom borders on exterior wall, and the bathroom door provides extra sound insulation in the bedroom). Room is not exactly huge.

I think two single size beds in the room may give more space for luggage and walkway

The staff told us we couldn't ship our luggage from this location, so we had to leave early in the morning to move luggage to beat the busy trains on check out day. Also, don't lose your key card, it costs 2200yen to replace (I lost mine while moving our luggage to the next hotel at 6am) Also, they do not have extra pillows or laundry machines. Lastly, the bathroom is a little strange (it's a glass windowed wall with a curtain and sliding door) so it maybe uncomfortable for some people sharing a room.

Location was just a couple mins. from main subway/train stations. Elevator does stop at floor 2 but there is a sign indicating it does stop there each time.

hotel was very clean and room was cozy. window is directed to queit place which was nice.

We loved that it had two separate sleeping areas, beds were very comfortable, rooms were very quiet. Bathroom was nice, good water pressure and very hot water. Staff was friendly. The bathroom was separated from the bedroom with a curtain, a door would have been nice. There was no door or curtain between the bedrooms, it would be nice to have a curtain maybe. Other than that we enjoyed it.

In Tokyo standards, good value for money. Small but not too small, clean and great shower. Thanks!

The location is near many train stations so you can navigate nearly anywhere. We were able to travel to Shinjuku and even Diver City, and many other places because of the convenience of train stops. It’s also very close (15 mins walking) to Akihabara which is a must visit too. Not much is bad about it, we were able to fit in the family room as a family of 4 but if you have a big party or need lots of space you may want another location.

The staff was wonderful. We enjoyed the traditional layout of our room with a eating area. And the location was perfect, so close to Akihabara Station and fun. we had no complaints, it was perfect.

Comparatively the room and bed are pretty large. Toilet and bathroom are also large. It is pretty new and appliances are in good conditions. Clean, with warm and cold air conditioning. Staff is helpful. Simple to check in and check out. It’s about 10 mins walk from station. A long way to go if it is with luggages.
