Convenient location, excellent price Beds are a bit stiff, can’t leave luggage at property until after check-in time

Good place to have safe, quite sleep. Shower has everything you need, even skin lotion. I stayed in multiple hostels in Tokyo, this wasn`t my favorite. It is fine, but kitchen is small, cluttered, they don`t store any bags (all good, it was communicated before).

I arrived at 2:30am and they accidentally gave me the wrong information so I ended up on the mens floor even though I paid to stay in the women's floor. They fixed it later but it wasn't pleasant being there in the first place

The property was clean and in a good location. It’s usually very quiet which was nice. The laundry was also free! Overall, amazing deal for what it’s worth. Everything was great but they didn’t have a microwave from what I could find.

My reservation cancelled for some reason so I contacted them to confirm & then rebooked immediately. I was charged a cancellation fee so they were contacted to waive it since the cancellation was remedied. They've ghosted and now blocked me from sending messages to them. Really disappointed in the service, or lack of it, since my stay was overall good. Atleast would've liked to get a response instead of being completely ignored when requesting something I think is reasonable.

Bed is also very comfortable. None.

Probably due to the the amount of residents who stay here for longer periods of time. But it was easily one of the quietest hostels I stayed with this trip. No 3am conversations between guests, no late-night packing in prep for someone's next destination. I really appreciated that. Just a really serene feeling option for cheaper accommodation. Highly recommended for that alone.

The beds were uncomfortable, but above that, the thermostat was set to 38 DEGREES. It was unbearable and I was not able to change it. It made my nights miserable.

This was my first time staying in a capsule hotel, and it was a good experience. The rooms feel like cubbies, which I found cozy. There were a lot of Google reviews complaining about the staff being noisy, but the staff were polite and helpful, and I had no problems. The common area had some simple workout equipment, a hot pot, and a Brita water filter, among other regular kitchen things often found in hostels that were a nice bonus. There are lockers in the room photos, but they can't be opened. The only lockers available are an additional ¥300 on the second floor. It was not very easy to find on foot, but that might just be because I had trouble with my map.

The upper capsule unit had a small entryway to climb up into, it was compact with enough space beside the bed to store a backpack or two. A small fan was provided for extra ventilation but was not needed for the cold weather in late November. It was a comfortable rest. I was not able to fully check out all the facilities due to my arrival late night, however my needs were met and I would likely stay again. The instructions on how to operate the door lock for self check-in is missing a step and could be clearer, perhaps I missed some signs on how to use it. I was fortunate to be helped by another guest. I think it would be great if you could review it.

i was struggling that coming before 4 pm check in time, no one is in reception, really confused where to store my luggage. but everything was fine!

www.storagebookings.com recommended booking.com and this place to stay. Staff were very helpful and it was clean. Everything is built with wood to divide rooms and it works really well and outlets in the room also. They could almost add a little lockable screen instead of curtain but still for the cost and storage it was great.

Perfect location, all necessary facilities, the staff is always nice. Definitely worth the price.
