Location was about 10mins to the train station in a quiet street. The staff were very friendly and even out flower and box of cookies for our anniversary celebration. The bed was very comfortable, especially the pillows because I’ve seen most hotels use pillows with very hard little pieces that always hurt my neck but this hotel’s pillows were superb.

Great location, our room was perfect (not too small, unlike some other Tokyo hotels I've stayed in) and the lobby was wonderfully decorated. Additionally, I was able to borrow an umbrella from the hotel, which was a lifesaver given how sunny it got that day. Sometimes the water from the shower came out cold no matter how much you tried to adjust the temperature. The issue wasn't persistent, but something to keep in mind.

Just be prepared for a very tight space small - if you're not used to it but overall it was a good

I liked that the hotel was located in was very quiet and peaceful area. Even though the rooms were so tight they had a dinning area on the second floor so you can dine. The receptionist was very helpful especially with our luggage transport.

Check-in was fast and easy. The room was comfortable. The location was very central to all the attractions (about 10-15min). There's a 711 and Family Mart close by to purchase anything you need. Would definitely come again.

I enjoyed the hands off approach. Housekeeping only comes if you hang a sign on your door, and towels are accessible from the lobby area. Room is also a decent size, and the area is really close to Akihabara. Staff isn't easily found, and the room we stayed in wasn't full cleaned from the previous guests.

Can’t get a hold on any staff by phone or via the chat. Rare to find anyone at the front desk.

* Spacious room: fit multiple large suitcases comfortably * Air conditioning worked wonderfully and kept the room nice and chilled * Towels/amenities were always stocked and available * Front desk staff were extremely helpful and accommodating * Staff assisted with packages and helped retrieve an item from a previous hotel in-room water kettle was dirty and had pink mold. Not a big deal if you don’t use the kettle.

Was clean and comfortable The room was a little bit cramped. There was only a small space at the foot of the bed to walk towards the bathroom and that is where the TV was mounted to the wall. Being tall I had concerns that I might hit the TV en route to the bathroom. There was no room cleaning during our 3 day stay despite putting out the sign.
