The staff was very helpful and friendly, the location was very good (although not the closest to the metro, but still very reasonable). All was clean and tidy. The room was just very tiny. We stayed one night so it was fine, but otherwise it's more or a one (small) person room, not two people.

Great location. Short walk to Ueno JR, Keisei Skyliner, and several metro stops. Room was quiet and I could adjust the termperature. The rooms are small, and it is a bit crowded with 2 people and luggage.

Excellent location. Close to the action and public transit, but in a quiet area. Loved the deep tub - great after a long days of walking around the city. Windows were drafty, but the room has excellent blankets and a heater, so we managed!

The room is exactly what we hoped for: a nice place to sleep that's very close by the business of the city of Tokyo. While the room is small (packing a large suitcase is a serious challenge), the bed was very comfortable, there is a private bathroom and everything was very clean. People at the reception were also very nice.

We didn’t get a breakfast What am I missing? You couldn’t really see out our window, which is a first world problem, but it’s nice to have a view

If you want fresh towels for your second night, you have to pay for the towels. However, the check-in staff did warn us about this rule right in the beginning, so we were able to be more careful with our towel usage from the getgo.

The hotel was good .Few minutes walk to train stations.Very good staff and they are very helpful .worth the money.I recommend to travellers to come and see.I have no hesitation in recommending the hotel.I went to see the zoo and museum which were close to the hotel

Great hotel, quiet location, very clean. A little bit far from the train station and the room was small but this is expected and it was fine for the two of us!

Location — if you’re looking to hit Ueno park and the Food market, this is a great spot to be. Welcoming staff — all smiles and kept our luggage before check in Close proximity to the things mentioned above — but you have to WALK 15-20 minutes. Nearest station is 7 minutes away (honestly not accurate if you are carrying luggage) Very basic amenities. Discovered linen had handmarks ? but too lazy to have it changed since it was just a one night stay
