Some of the other people staying there were annoying, but it's not the business's fault.

I liked the location very much. You can catch public transport to any direction, especially when you need to go from or to Narita Airport. The room was good. I slept well, but this is also thanks to the other people who were really quiet. The internet works and I was able to work a bit in the kitchen/open area.

The bed, the bathroom/ kitchen, and how close it is the metro station. Everything was good.

Comfortable beds, space for luggage in the bed space and extra space in the room. The toilets were not cleaned daily. There were old bottles left on the sink for days. The cleaning standards should be more thorough.

The location was excellent, and the facilities were adequate. Everything needed was available on the same floor, so it was very convenient. The bed had adequate space, and there was enough bedding. The convenience store nearby was very helpful as well. Check-in was simple and convenient. There were two hangers in the room, which were also helpful. The capsule height was low, so I kept hitting my head. The bedding or the cell smelled bad from the previous occupant, so I wish there had been an effort to deodorize the capsule. I wish the wash area and shower rooms were cleaner.

Bed was exceedingly hard and pillow was flat. Kitchen had no ability to cook other than microwave.

It was in a good spot in the city. The hostel was cleaned daily. Occasionally there would be some loud guests.

Food and water provided, place is extremely clean and well maintained. It was a pleasant stay as the room was heated and has a great view of the city. Would highly recommend to every travelers who are interested.

It was a little bit comfortable

Lawson opposite and lift to the property Very small and cramp place. There are no space to pack and unpack suitcase. Couple toilets and nearly 20 people when peak and has to wait in long time. Noise from guests.

Great price, easy walk from a Yamanote Line station, lots of conbinis and local restaurants nearby. Warm, good pressure shower, decently comfy futon, and a decent amount of space to store belongings and luggage. Could’ve been a little tidier in areas like the sinks, shower, toilet, etc. The WiFi was kind of slow. The room itself was overall cooled nicely with AC but after closing the shade to your bunk it got a bit stuffy. Also, there’s some small gaps in the walls between bunks so if the person next to you has their light on it leaks into your space somewhat. And, not a fault of the hostel, but other guests chatting (past quiet hours…) is audible throughout the whole room so bring earplugs/an eye mask if these things bother you.

Love the capsules. Location was close to Tokyo but in residential area which was nice. Lawson was right downstairs. Bathrooms and showers were good. Check-in was easy. Kitchen was very limited, even for silverware and bowls.
