We had no hot water for the first night. They moved us to a double room while they fixed it. Eventually moved back into the single room and it was abit of a hassle to shift rooms. But we got it all sorted out:)

We really enjoyed our stay and appreciated the kind service. As a small suggestion, for stays longer than two days, it could be nice to replace towels and vacuum the carpets in the rooms.

Very clean, and a quite area . It was nice for getting away from the crowds and noises. Wish that the coffee area was a little bigger

Spacious room with very comfortable beds. It had all the necessary amenities, including a mini-fridge and toiletries. Everything was perfectly clean when we checked in and, though they only had one card to open the room, they also provided a door code. It's not terribly well connected. The only nearby option is the NT line, no subway or JR directly, so it does take a bit longer to get to the main attractions.

Clean and tidy room, the size is actually very decent that I could open 2 large luggages and 1 medium size. Complete amenities, easy check in and check out, close to convenient store and the station.
