Bathroom tub drain was slow and hotel Reno could be refreshed the bathroom room. One elevator was not operating correctly.

The room was small and had no microwave, so you're forced to order in or eat out. The balcony was nice to be able to get fresh air.

Elevator situation is awful. Long lines to go up and down elevators for rooms 10+ stories. Had to use the stairs several times.

Location, walking distance to all interested attractions. Friendly staff. Facilities somewhat old, lacking upgrades. Air conditioner is very loud. Windows are not sound proofing. Can hear the street noise easily.

I think all the staff especially housekeeping was the most attentive I have ever experienced. When I walked down the hall they would ask if I was okay and if I needed anything and then when I was going to my room one came out of cleaning the room next to me and asked if I was doing okay and helped me find a microwave. They were so kind and helpful and it was so appreciative Shower wasn’t really clean and had hair on walls
