I mostly like the friendliness of the housekeeping staff and the valet service. I didnt like having to wear a wristband but overall it was a nice experience.

Location was good, other than that it was a basci hotel Sink outside the bathroom!! We were given breakfast cards upon arrival. We only used the first day, but were still billed for the entire day.

Staff were very helpful, got us in a bit early as we had somewhere to be. When I asked about breakfast for someone with celiac they didn’t seem to know.

Good room size. Breakfast had lots of choices and the staff were very accommodating for our autistic son’s eating needs and for when we had an early start to get to Niagara. Air conditioning was very noisy

The room was spacious with comfortable beds. Location is excellent, right next to several public transport options checking in and out was speedy and the staff were friendly and helpful The sink is separate from the bathroom. Not a big deal but slightly odd.

the lighting was very dark, very dull in the bathrooms & just dull throughout the room
