Hotel gives a sense of downtown resort with lots of amenities to enjoy during the stay. Our kid loved the indoor pool and the game room a lot! Location is conveniently located near stores and food options and close enough to the centre. The only thing I would say the double beds suggested for a family of three are little small to share with a 9y old. Maybe we should have known! The hotel itself feels very safe however being downtown Toronto expect to encounter some sketchy people once exiting on the street.

Location and friendly staff. Rooms could use a refresh. It was clean just showing its age and could use some updating. Also for balcony rooms I expected at least one chair to be able to sit out. This was a main reason for booking this hotel but since no seating it made the balcony basically useless.

Rooms are nice, comfy beds, nice pool for adults. Breakfast wasn't worth it Breakfast was overpriced and not very good

The room was comfortable, spacious, and very clean. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The location of the hotel is excellent for spending time in downtown Toronto. Our room was older and the bathroom was a little rundown.
