Room was very basic for such a high price. Staff were superb, location excellent, breakfast very good. The room would be adequate at half the price. Room facilities vs cost.

Location was great - walkable to great restaurants and attractions. Staff were attentive, friendly and helpful. Provided a late check out for a fee of 20CAD/hour which was totally worth it for us. Room was a good size, clean and comfortable. Nothing - all great.

I needed proximity to Union Station. The price was a better value at the time and area. It has a historic feel and offers a restaurant and bar. The room was comfortable in size and furniture. Having to present a physical credit card for the security deposit. This was a problem for me, as I do everything using my Digital Apple Wallet and had packed away my physical card. There was an option to fill out an email form, but it did not recognize my saved Expiry date...So I needed to find another way.

Location, walking distance to station, staff very helpful, breakfast very good A bit tired. No mirror in room. No view from window (frosted glass).

Amazing location. Friendly staff. Big room. Good breakfast. If you got to breakfast at the same time aa others it could be quite a wait for food which was stressful when we had a flight to catch and hadnt anticipated over an hour for breakfast (but that was only one day and the food is nice). Also was frustrating they wouldnt allow me to settle bill on final day in cash.

Good location, nice to have a bar and restaurant onsite. They were not truthful about offering a discount for the parking garage nearby. Their website advertises a 5% discount if you park at a specific nearby garage. We asked about this at check-in and were told they would take care of at checkout. At checkout they said they ran out of coupons, sorry. That was it, no other offers to make amends.

Excellent location Expensive for the standard of the property. No functional curtains, nowhere to store anything in the bathroom. No frosted glass in an overlooked bathroom so blind (with gaps at the side) had to be continually down. Similarly, room was overlooked so main window blinds had to be continually down. Drawers were dusty inside. Very limited bar opening times.

The location was wonderful close to Union station and easy to find. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The room was comfortable with quality toiletries included. The room itself didn't have windows.
