Their restaurant really needs an update. Suggestion for AM lobby; scones instead of muffins? Valet parking was convenient & efficient but (predictably) pricey.

Elevator was not functioning properly during our stay.

Hotel was well kept. Staff very friendly and helpful Shower was not great. The shower head did not have good coverage. Temp control difficult.

We enjoyed our stay but it was expensive but that was probably due to FIFA

Great location, excellent amenities and fantastic staff. The room was beautiful, the staff are friendly and immediately responsive, the food at the Fortunate Fox is wonderful, and I really enjoyed the coffee and muffins available in the mornings, and the complimentary wine offered during Happy Hour. Parking is on site with in and out privileges. I will definitely stay here again! I don’t have anything negative to say about my experience at this property.

Only one roll of toilet paper was in our bathroom on arrival.Night shift at front desk was not good; I asked in person for a roll of toilet paper about 11 pm and was told by front desk clerk that he would bring it up to our room.He never brought the toilet paper to our room. Also mattress was way to soft .

Excellent Staff - friendly and courteous; Location is very close to multiple sites and a short uber or taxi closer to downtown. Lovely restaurants close by. I would highly recommend this property.

My go to hotel in toronto, very comfortable, clean, good front desk staff (special thanks to Khaled). Spacious rooms perfect for relaxing and a good night’s sleep. Location is perfect in my opinion (not the best view) however it is close to everything. The cleaning staff are unprofessional, one came into the room without knocking, and that was no acceptable especially for a hotel with such a good reputation and good rating. This is the first time I have any bad encounters with this hotel and I hope it would be the last time something like this happens to anyone. Note: front desk staff were understanding and accepted the report of this incident.

Great location! Paid Parking

We really liked the hotel's location - I'd rate it a 9 out of 10. It's very convenient for getting to the ROM museum (10min). The service was excellent. The breakfast was tasty as well, I'd give it a solid 6 out of 10. As for the breakfast, I would have liked to see more fruit options for the oatmeal - there were only a few pieces available, which was quite surprising to me.

Don't need things in the mini bar - was able to get diet coke from the front desk but would have like the room fridge to be on but it wasn't running.

Great location and next door to St George subway station (lines 1 and 2), as well as a large parking garage. Rooms were spacious and clean and the shower was excellent with plenty of hot water. Staff were friendly and helpful. The bed was far too soft. There were no tea/coffee making facilities in the room (guests have to request one to be delivered to the room). The breakfast / dinner restaurant was very comfortable but the menu is very limited for vegetarian/vegans which is surprising for this day and age. The coffee was disappointing with espresso style coffees made from an automatic machine and served lukewarm. The waitress kindly pre-warmed our mugs for us which made the coffee drinkable. The fact that so many guests were bringing in coffee from outside should signal to management that they need to improve on this.

Great location! Right next to the Royal Ontario Museum and a short walk to the Art Gallery of Ontario. Grocery store right across a street and you’re practically on the University of Toronto campus. Was there for a conference and the location was super convenient. Only a 15 minute drive from Billy Bishop Airport! Staff was great, rooms were clean, and the complimentary coffee was great :)

My room stank of smoke, the breakfast omelette was terrible, coffee equally bad
