Staff was nice trying to compensate for the weird hotel policies, especially Mark at the reception, well done. When this hotel says your breakfast is included, what they mean is a partial credit to your breakfast bill, despite what it says on your booking. The rooms are already $1k and above, so cheaping out on charging the extra $10-$15 really left a bad impression. Moreover, they were struggling to return the deposit on a visa card that was issued outside of Canada (calling it international), so we had to leave the hotel, walk an hour to take cash out from a nearest bank, instead of a smooth check in tired after travels.

Beautiful hotel. Lovely, comfortable rooms. Amazing pool. Wonderful staff. Fantastic restaurant with delicious food. Great location. Would definitely recommend this hotel. And look forward to staying there again someday. Simply wonderful!

Location only The breakfast is horrible frozen croissant mean personnal not professional at all you can call several time and wait lot of hours to have what you need on room service like water tea etc they refuse automaticly early cheik-in and late check-out will never go back there aigain
