Location Well kept They had already taken the room bill via the booking.com. They insisted on taking the bill again via another card and said it would be paid back . Slightly weird but maybe a Canadian thing. Mine was refunded after a week. My sons was not and they kept trying to take money off his card until he set his bank on them and they backed off . Really pooor system and experience . Will stick to a more global brand like Marriott next time

Beautiful room, very comfy bed and pillows, great location, excellent value for money. Noisy humming mini bar fridge. Concierge were excellent and fixed it immediately.

Good location, spacious apartment. The cleaning personnel was extremely helpful and sweet. The breakfast is a scam- very inflexible, designed in such a way that you have to order more, not a good mix of protein and carbs/fruit. It takes very long, we had mornings when it took longer than 45’ to order and get the food. And the personnel has such a ‘not possible’ mentality, very difficult to get their help to make us feel welcome.

The location of the hotel is excellent. The staff is attentive. The room was spacious and comfortable. The pool (although smaller than on the photos) is an added bonus. The room was not vacuumed properly and the pull-out couch had not been prepared for the children. This was resolved quickly once we called the front desk. The quality of the food at breakfast was excellent but the very long wait on the three days we were there spoiled the experience.
