Excellent hotel with very welcoming and friendly staff. One of the best in the area for cleanliness, comfort, and value for money. It’s also very conveniently located, close to the trade center and the Pompeii ruins. -

Location We had to ask twice to have the air conditioning adjusted. Room was very warm

Attached to mall so plenty of places to eat and shop. Beautiful water show at night could be seen from our room. We NEVER had hot water. When I told the front desk after night one I was advised maintenance came and fixed it around noon. The next morning, water was lukewarm for 2 mins and then ice cold again.

Combined lobby function. Rooms a bit tight. Staff were pleasant and receptive Mattresses were too dense and no additional blankets.

The room had a drilling sound that kep the whole family awake the whole night. It happened every 5-10 mins. It was sooo annoying

It is quite new. Friendly staff Curtains are not full black out, lights are getting into room from very early in the morning. We had room overlooking to the shopping center and if curtains are open during a day when everyone from outside can see you.
