Breakfast, service at pool, roof terrace all were good, CCTV parking space on premise, normal pices. Helpfull staff. Nothing.

One of the highlights of the hotel is definitely the rooftop terrace. The view is absolutely stunning and was my favorite part of the property. The hotel itself is very clean, quiet, and feels safe. However, the atmosphere was much calmer than I expected. During my stay, most of the guests were older couples or families, so as a young traveler, I found it a little too quiet and not very lively. That being said, if you’re looking for a relaxing vacation, travelling with family, or simply want to unwind in a peaceful environment, I would definitely recommend this hotel. It’s a great choice for those seeking comfort, beautiful views, and excellent service.

The rooms are big and cozy. The view from the balcony was fantastic. We could see the entire Naples bay including Sorrento and Capri. Breakfast is good and plentiful. Always with several types of cheese, cereals, vegetables, eggs, ham, bacon, croissants, etc. The shower was very small. Barely had enough space to wash myself. The first 2 nights were cold, and the heating was off. After complaining at the reception, they turn it on.

The pool, Breakfast and Dinner as well as service- There was one night a small misunderstanding related to an order, but it was handled quite well anyway.

Shower should be more up to 4 stars standards

A little expensive

The hotel was exceptionally clean and the staff went above and beyond to accommodate us. The food at the hotel restaurant was not even comparable with the quality of the outside restaurants. We went out in several days and the restaurants nearby were not even close to the hotel quality. The pool was clean and the hotel staff helped us book a trip to positano and amalfi trough hp travel. We really enjoyed our stay here and we would gladly come back. There was nothing to dislike

Reception were very friendly ... I'm sorry - but we don't speak Italian - but they were happy to speak to us in English The restaurant / food was better than we had expected Having a pool was a real bonus and so glad that it was open One member of staff, sorry can't remember his name (began with D) was particularly helpful with us one afternoon at the poolside, getting us a menu and helping us with train information. But everyone was friendly Oh - Sky Bar was lovely too The hotel is an oasis Just a little thing ... I think I was expecting the wine to be a bit cheaper, particularly any local offering. There's not much you can really do about this, but the hotel is an oasis amongst a not so pretty area. We'd have loved to have been able to walk around the local area in the evening.
