nice and spacious rooms overlooking the pool and the sea clean rooms with daily cleaning service good locaion close to restaurants and bars a quick refresh of the rooms would be nice

The staff was very friendly and always willing to help you with any questions. The rooms were very clean and were cleaned daily. The breakfast buffet was well worth the cost. They said you couldn't save chairs at the pool, but some guests but their towels out hours before they got to the pool.

They put me in the wrong room and I had to wait till the next day for them to move me. The food was very average at best.

Loved the ambience, location, location, location. Friendly staff and excellent breakfast. Paying to use the sauna. I believe that guests should be able to use it for free. I also didn’t like paying for beach towels. If the hotel is concerned about towels, they can be given at check in and returned at check out.

Housekeeping services excellent Reservation was under the wrong name. We were there for 10 days, and our check-in room pool-side had no no view of the pool or sea. I requested a room with a balcony as well. We changed rooms 3 days late, requested a high floor and were put on the thrid floor on the same side as first room. The pool water to cold to swim. Fees extra for everything. Sitting by pool-side on mat, 30 extra euros. Roof-top pool you must be naked. Rules not enforced. Staff has preferences to guests. I was called out in front of all guests, and yet ye didn't acknowledge several guests who kept swim suits on. He allowed it.

The gym could be renovated, considering that people are going. The building is nice, but the isolation between the rooms is limited and you might hear some noises.

No keys available for beach elevator. Expensive parking. Bottled mojito at pool bar was awful. Need to make from scratch as before.

We have been six times now, the staff excelled themselves on this occasion, with a room change, helping to retrieve a lost item and going the extra mile when leaving. THANK YOU to the mature gentleman and the two ladies on the front desk for all of their help and making us feel extra special! As a gay couple we felt welcome, safe, respected and free to be ourselves. Its a great venue that has something for everyone irrespective of the decade that you were born in. Fully recommend this venue, its pool areas and vacation vibe. Possible a little tired in places but we hear that there are new owners who are invested in keeping the core values of the hotel, it would be nice to come back and see an update in certain areas. Music around the top floor pool could do with being a tad more current just to add that extra level of spice.

Great location, but beach lovers will face quite a trek via many steps! Some odd opening and closing times for some amenities. Spa opens 11am to 2pm then closes until 5 to 9pm and weirdly charges hotel residents 10€ to use it. There is a daytime pool bar but literally nothing in the evening. Breakfast is exceptionally good but the evening buffet is standard luke warm Spanish hotel fayre…skip unless desperate.

Fun LGBT hotel, huge pool area, nice rooftop pool as well. Sauna and jacuzzi. 5 min. walk to the nightlife. Simple rooms, great ocean views. Huge breakfast buffet, lots of options, great value, but they need some help on their bacon. ? The elevators. ? It surprises me that they don't have a bar onsite in the evenings. We were there off-season, but would be a great venue for Tea Dances.
