All good.

We had half-board. The dinner is so substandard, we failed to find any words. To be honest, the value offering of the hotel is so good, it is completely unnecessary to include such a horrible quality food for dinner. Especially in an area where 20 EUR per person buys you incredible food 500m from the hotel. The hamburger meat was borderline disgusting, the sushi was so bad, I can't believe it... Just stop offering dinner because it causes frustration, or increase price and offer at least mediocre food.

The property was clean and in a good location. The food was really poor not much choice and especially if you are a vegetarian. We ended up paying more to eat out. The snacks throughout the day was the same offering every day a few salad bits , cheese spread and ham in a fridge and bread. I have experienced 4 star all inclusive before but this hotel was really not worth it. There was no entertainment it was just staff putting the odd quiz on the hotel lacked any sort of feel good, holiday vibes. The lady who checked us in was very friendly and a few of the staff in the restaurant but the other staff were either quite rude or didn’t acknowledge you. The pool did not open until after 11.30am some mornings and was closed before 6pm. Not sure how this hotel has acquired 4 stars because it definitely does not match 4 stars in what they are offering. I would go back to Torremolinos but Will definitely not be staying in this hotel.

the room was huge, but I think we get lucky, it was the last one on hallway so maybe not all are as big, actually a two bedroom suite. Food was good, but not great - tasty, but lacks a bit of diversity. You'll find something you like nevertheless. There was entertainment programs in the evenings, the pool looks great, it is close to the sea. all in all, good value for the money, I would come back anytime. surprisingly, there was no kettle in the room, and just one glass (maybe I'm wrong, I don't look for them thoroughly as we have plastic glasses of our own). it is quite difficult to park nearby (if you don't want to pay 20 euros/day at the hotel), but you will find some spots using google. there is a payed parking lot nearby where you have a by-minute rate but with a cap price at around 14 euros/day, and a cheaper one on the way to the beach, 2 eur/day or even free if you park just for the night (from 18:00 to 9:00). of course, it's not not the hotel's fault, parking is difficult all-over torremolinos.

Decent hotel for a budget price. No complaints. Breakfast was a bit bland.

Security and wifi. There are no cameras in that place, also no security anywhere in sight. Ive never seen a hotel without cameras everywhere and professional security, it’s ridiculous

the room was very clean the wifi was very bad

Meals and dining went O K F00d was cold sometimes and had to be reheated in the microwave. Tea and coffee making facilities in the bedrooms would be a great help especially for elderly people. Only having three English speaking channels on the Television is not very good as they are all News Channels and keep repeating., why not have a one or two Sky channels for documentaries. Some elderly guests may have mobility issues and are sometimes unable to leave their rooms only at mealtimes. This can be very hard on them especially in Wintertime. Choice of food was quiet good, considering you have to suit the taste of so many different guests from different Countries.

Clean and bright Water was shut down for an hour or so due to construction but that was out of the hotel management’s hands.

the location was lovely, a nice littel walk to the town and beach The breakfast was like a cattle market, crazy in the mornings, manic each day. Food was awful and chefs not one bit obliging when asked to flip a runny egg...talk about wigs on the green, it was nearly a stand off!!!

check-in is rather late starting from16.00hours, however, while waiting, across the entrance hall there is a rather comfortable spacious lounge with plenty of leather sofas where you can relax till you get access to your private hotel room.
-
room had 3 beds for 2 people so very crowded some of the buffet was not overly warm plus having to go upstairs for coffee for your supper meal sucked big time
