location, close to beach, pool bar, the view, evening walking around, chilled out people, lots of good food around, airport shuttle, car rental for a good price some people at 7am making noise while reserving their sunbeds - if you like to sleep with doors open, it can be an issue

Breakfast was pretty good, location is great, the rooms are ok, not huge not small, and the staff is pretty welcoming. parking is terrible, all spots were full, and I spent multiple days a long time looking for parking. They did provide alternatives downtown, 10m+ walking up hill, but given the price I'd say: not great.

Location was perfect, sea was at 1min walk. View was really nice, balcony also clean and nice to chill. Bed was big and comfy. Mercadona was near like 10min walk. That I really liked. Also if you take only breakfast like us, there are many restaurant nearby, from cheap to expensive price range. The breakfast was very delicious, I didn't get tired of eating it. There was also natural juice which is very tasty. The rooms were also beautifully cleaned. We didn't go to the pool but I saw that the sunbeds were paid. Also, the sunbeds on the beach were paid, but we didn't care because we were lying on our own blanket. It was a pity that there was only a pot and plates and no frying pan. We made pasta and ate from a large bowl. If we were making soup, we would have to eat it straight from the pot.

The location is great, right at the beach, and short walk to the center or the lift. The rooms were very comfortable, the A/C worked great, everything was clean and worked well. The pool is great, loved the grass area and the pool bar was good. Staff were friendly and professional. Also, the free airport transfer service was really good and so comfortable, just book it in time and you’re all good! The gym is quite small but the equipment was new and in working condition and had a great workout there. You have to reserve the sunbeds early to have some, and you have to pay for them everyday with cash, but it’s a minor inconvenience, and they are pretty comfortable

If you’re looking for a peaceful and quiet holiday, this is probably not the right place. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel due to the constant noise and lack of consideration for other guests

Beach front Location Not 4 star as advertised. Useless safe lock broken we had to carry passport/valuables everywhere=inconvenient. No bell hop room far from reception Reception desk sobradas unhelpful on tours. No convenient luggage ramp. Could not enjoy balcony view due smoking neighbors. Not recommended for seniors.

The facility is built so that all who stay have an amazing view of the sea from the balcony. The breakfast was exceptional. We enjoved it every day. It is extremelv clean. The staff made sure to tend to the bedrooms each day while most people were away. The rooms are big and comfortable. and so are the bathrooms. I epsecially liked that the room had all the necessarv utensils in case you wanted to prepare and cook your own meals. Thev even had a big moca pot for espresso. There are 3 supermarkets and many other shops and restaurants around The dav before our departure, we were able to wash our clothes and dry them in the facility's laundry room. Trully an amazing stay. The beds were too soft for us. We woke up with a stiff back. Not much back support. However, this is more of a personal preference. The music was too loud and it played until midnight each night. Many people enjoyed it. However, we like to wake up early and go to bed early ( before midnight ) so it was a problem for us.

Very comfortable rooms, each with a side view of the ocean. Beds were great. I travel with an inflatable foam mattress pad because European hotel beds are often rock hard. I did not use mine, this time. Room cleaned daily. Towels changed on request. Excellent buffet breakfast with ample choices for non-meat eaters. Highlight: freshly squeezed orange and grapefruit juice. You can change your currency at the reception desk; no need to find a bank. I would definitely return in the future. We had to pay for the first night to ensure our booking. But we couldn't do it through booking.com; we had to cotact the hotel directly for this. Not very convenient. Vehicular access to the hotel parking lot is controlled by a person moving yellow metal gates to block parts of the entrance. An employee (security?), who seemingly had the responsibility to move these gates, watched disinterestedly as we backed into one. He could easily have come to our aid. He did not and we scratched our rental car. The same man had earlier been a bit rude to us when we temporarily parked in an unmarked no-parking zone - because there was nowhere else and we had just arrived. Parking is inadequate for the number of vehicles. It is extremely hard to park larger vehicles. Queues at the coffee machines in the breakfast room were long, We learned to go for coffee before even finding a table.

Excellant location No amenities in room, no water, toiletries, nothing at all!
