The staff were friendly, the location was good , its 4 mins to the metro station, and breakfast was good and varied. The room's floor was dusty , and no sleepers, the amenities were so poor.

The location is near the train. It’s a very old property, I paid 150€ for a night, it was way too much

The location is great. Only a short walk to the beach, city elevator, and train station. Many tours are offered from Torremolinos. They have a car rental, shops, and taxis always available. They offer many tour options. The property is a little worn out and appeared tailored for retirees although we saw multiple Kids sports teams staying there. You have an extra charge for things like a safe and ironing table.

Very central Rooftop pool bar not open till 4pm

  • Engine customer May 2026

Nice pools, bars and location is pretty good too. Wasn't expensive so wasn't expecting much and was quite surprised. Rooms are a little dated and general maintenance could be better. Didn't stop me enjoying my stay however.

Staff top rate Bar closed at 11pm for all inclusive guests. Then you had to pay for your drinks up until 12, when the bar closed. I would close the bar at 12 and keep all inclusive involved until then.

Charged €4-00 per day to keep our passports safe

  • Engine customer May 2026

spacious parking garage Outdated, far from the beach, swimming pools open from 11am to 18 pm, during the time guests are generally outing, mid-lower class

  • Engine customer May 2026

When I paid, some fees were added to the price mentioned on Booking. And there wasn't a lot of pillows

  • Engine customer May 2026

    Noisy.

  • Engine customer Apr 2026

Location and value The pillows were stiff and when requested softer pillows they didn’t have any. One day the cleaning staff didn’t service the room.

Check in and out went smoothly The hotel had an over abundance of sports teams ,conflicted greatly with families, the comfort of the families was not deemed very important, late night noise was beyond acceptable ,could not hear your television because you had to leave the door open to try to cool the room off and the noise would overshadow the tv volume. The restaurant could perhaps monitor the teams coming into the eating area with a little more respect for other guests already trying to enjoy their meal.

Let me start by saying this is by no means a four-star hotel—not even close. I’ve stayed at many two-star hotels and honestly couldn’t tell the difference between them and this place. We requested a double bed in advance and were told it was subject to availability. Upon arrival, we also learned that parking was not included in our all-inclusive stay and had to be paid separately at €12 per day. We chose to park on the street and checked in. The room we were assigned had three twin beds. When I asked to switch to a double room, I was told there was no availability. I requested to be moved if one became available, but no one ever followed up during our seven-day stay. The elevators are very slow and often don’t stop at the selected floor, which became frustrating throughout the stay. Communication was also an issue, as most staff spoke very little English and were generally not very attentive or friendly. After taking a shower, I noticed there were no separate toiletries—no shampoo, body wash, or soap—just a single all-purpose bottle. The bathroom ventilation is extremely weak, and the room quickly fills with steam after showering. When unpacking, I looked for an iron to press my shirts, but there was none. On the fifth day, my son cut his finger, so I went to the front desk to ask for a band-aid. Surprisingly, they didn’t have one. A four-star hotel without even a basic first-aid kit is unacceptable. I also asked for ping-pong paddles to use the table advertised as free for all-inclusive guests, only to be told I had to leave a €20 cash deposit. On the sixth day, my son spilled water on his bed, and I requested an extra bedsheet from the front desk. As with previous requests, this request was ignored. Overall, the rooms are very old and offer only the bare minimum in terms of amenities. The only redeeming feature was the food. While the menu was mostly repetitive, there was usually something we enjoyed.

Definitely the location! Sometimes you have to wait a while at the elevator.

The location is great, not far from the old town and a short walk to the beach. Great views from the top and quite a big place with pretty good amenities. The water in the pool (indoor one) was quite cold. You need to pay for parking.
