Centralised location, polite staff that was willing to help. Basic hygiene was missing, spots on pillow and blankets, poor breakfast with no vegetarian options, malfunctioning and leaking air conditioners. On complaining you will be called negative. Had to change room three times within 2 days.

There was nothing pleasant in the hotel. Room was noisy, polyester sheets, the shower like in hostel where you need to clean after yourself so you can use the toilet. Look at the breakfast quality in the picture, kettle and even the door where you can see the corridor. If you are trying to fill your poor rooms in your other hotel, show it to the guests and charge accordingly. On the day we arrived they took us to other building claiming it belongs to them. The hotel room and amenities were way worse than what are in the pictures while booking. When I asked to change the room to which I booked, they said it’s overbooked and do anything about it. They promised to compensate but didn’t.

I had a wonderful experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The location is perfect — close to airport and center. Breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options. I also appreciated the smooth check-in and check-out process. Definitely planning to return on my next trip!
